“Extremely disappointing and concerning experience. During my stay, the hotel charged my account for items I never consumed. When I disputed this, they provided two conflicting documents: an unsigned slip and another with a forged signature that is NOT mine. To make matters worse, management is now harassing me with CCTV footage from a completely different time (March 3rd at 8:35 AM) to justify charges that do not match. They are using fake evidence to cover up internal security failures.

“Gorgeous and beautifully maintained property. The staff were all so pleasant and went out of their way to make our stay the best it could be. We would definitely return here. Our 5yo also loved it. No need to leave the resort for any reason- they have all the amenities and restaurants with delicious food on site.
We will have stayed at 7 resorts across the Philippines, and this one is by far the best. Would recommend”
