THE VILLA :
The villa is located in one of the most residential neighborhoods of Toulon, it is classified 2 ** by the Ministry of Tourism.
All living rooms have a window or French window leading outside.
Maximum occupancy of the villa for a very good comfort is eight adults and two children of young ages.
The villa has a terrace of about 20 sqm accessible from two bedrooms (Raspberry and Cinnamon) with views of Mont Faron. The terrace is equipped with tables, chairs, loungers and umbrellas to take breakfast, sun and meal with a view of the Faron.
At your disposal two WC, four bedrooms, a shower, sink five (one in each bedroom + one in the bathroom, kitchen, terrace.
The villa is fully equipped with radiant heating radiator (heat like the sun without air flow, dust) latest generation of German manufacture.
You have free and unlimited access throughout the villa to a high speed WIFI connection.
The villa is about 1. 8 km from the beach of Mourillon (very large animated sandy beach and equipped) and as full of Toulon city center about 20 minutes walk (3 minutes drive)
The villa is about 2 kms from Toulon train station is about 30 minute walk or 8 minutes by bus (N ° 39 and N ° 9)
Toulon / Hyeres Airport is about 22 kms from the rental is 25 minutes drive or 40/50 minutes by bus.
Parking is on the street and report (which today is very rare in the big city) completely free !!!


THE ROOMS :
Four bedrooms individually decorated referred

All rooms are equipped with a double bed with box-six feet and a hostelry quality mattress, a sink with hot and cold water, a flat-screen TV, storage, desk, chair, blankets, ...
In each room we provide cosmetic welcome products BIO, a bottle of shampoo, gel / shower bottle, a bar of soap.
We consistently deliver on each bed mattress protector of sterile disposable single use of disposable pillows and protectors as single use (replaced with each new traveler)
We do not provide linens (sheets, towels, gloves)
But we provide a complete set of complimentary sheets (2 sheets + 2 pillow pillowcase) on request, we only address the pressing without any benefit that is 5 € / white is a flat rate of 20 euros per complete set.
At disposal a baby bed and two extra beds for small children.

THE KITCHEN :
Fully equipped with four hotplates, true combination oven, washing machine, refrigerator, freezer, table, chair, coffee maker, kettle, pot and high quality stainless steel stove, dishes, covered ......

THE BATHROOM:
Bathroom classic water without particular claim with a shower, a sink, a toilet, heating, fully tiled from floor to ceiling.

NOTE / MISCELLANEOUS:
Is not included in the price:
- City tax which is currently 0. € 77 / day / person
- The conso EDF from October to May (mainly for heating)
- The making available complete set of linens (€ 20) Optional.
- A household is 80 euros for the villa, optional.
All diagnoses are available, rentals do not contain lead or asbestos, hazardous product. Wherever possible, we only use the French or European products and materials and high-quality paint brands with minimal harmful release (La Seigneurie Gauthier, Tollens)
