The Space:

La Tendresse is a beautifully restored stone villa set in a lush, tree-lined garden in the quiet village of Mondonville, just fifteen minutes north-west of Toulouse. The house exudes warmth and character, blending exposed stone walls and wooden beams with modern comforts.



The open-plan ground floor centres on a bright living and dining area that opens directly onto a covered terrace — perfect for long summer meals. The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge-freezer and everything you need to cater for the group. Upstairs, four generous bedrooms provide comfortable sleeping arrangements for up to eight guests, served by two well-appointed bathrooms.



Outside, the property truly shines. A private heated pool sits at the heart of the garden, surrounded by sun loungers and mature trees that offer welcome shade on hot days. A barbecue area and outdoor dining table complete the picture, making La Tendresse an ideal setting for family celebrations or relaxed group holidays. Free parking is available on street, and Wi-Fi keeps everyone connected.



Guest Access:

You have exclusive access to the entire villa, garden, pool and parking for the duration of your stay. First-night essentials — coffee, tea, sugar and a few basics — are provided so you can settle in straight away. Please note that the pool is seasonal and availability depends on weather conditions. A lockable owners' cupboard in the house contains personal items and is not accessible to guests.



The Neighborhood:

Mondonville is a charming village surrounded by rolling countryside, offering a peaceful retreat while remaining just fifteen minutes from central Toulouse. The village has a bakery, a small grocery store and a couple of local restaurants for everyday needs. The larger town of Colomiers, with supermarkets, shops and a cinema, is a ten-minute drive. Nature lovers will appreciate the nearby trails through fields and woodland, and the Garonne valley is easily accessible for cycling or longer walks. For a family day out, the Cité de l'Espace and Toulouse's museums are within easy reach.



Getting Around:

Mondonville is best reached by car. The A624 motorway provides a fast connection to central Toulouse in around fifteen minutes, and the ring road is easily accessible for trips to the airport or other parts of the region. Toulouse-Blagnac Airport is approximately twenty minutes away by car. Local bus routes link the village to Colomiers and the wider Toulouse public transport network, though a car is recommended for the most comfortable experience. Free on-site parking is included.

Interaction with Guests:

This property is managed by Keytoko Homes, a professional short-term rental operator registered with the City of Toulouse. To prepare your stay, you will be asked to sign a short-term rental agreement, provide a valid identity document for the lead guest, and place a security deposit of €300 (refunded after checkout). An online check-in via our platform is also required to confirm the identity of all guests.



A few things worth knowing so you can book with full confidence: La Tendresse is a detached villa with private pool and garden, located in Mondonville, a quiet residential town about 20 minutes northwest of central Toulouse by car. A car is essential to reach shops, restaurants and the city centre. The pool is unfenced and unsupervised — children must be accompanied at all times. Four bedrooms accommodate up to eight guests across two floors.



Quiet hours are observed between 10 pm and 8 am out of respect for our neighbours. Smoking indoors, pets, parties and events are not permitted.
