“I'm keeping in mind it's an ibis budget, and the price, but still some things could be improved. For example we had three people in the room and 2 towels. The bed was not placed and the room not well cleaned. The corridors were terrible. They could also improve the signing as it was confusing and In any case I think those things could get improved if they want ”

“El personal de recepción muy amable y atento”

“Aparcamiento gratis, centro comercial a 5m a pie. Recomendable como sitio de paso.”

“This was a very charming place to stay. The housekeeper was very sweet and accommodating. No matter what we needed or wanted, made it happen! Breakfast was fresh and there was plenty to eat. Less than a 10 minute walk to town with unique shops. A perfect spot to stay as a base for Loire Valley day trips too. Our host bent over backwards to make sure we were happy and gave us many tips and support from the time we arrived and until we left. We will definitely be back!”

“I am just back from Tours and a stay at Mansion Jules. Fantastic! The place got style and class! It is like staying in a big private house where everything is to the highest standard including service and cleanliness. The location is very close to the railway station and the Cathedral. I can strongly recommend the place. ”

“Amazing property! Enjoyed every minute!”

“This was the most beautiful property I have ever seen. The owner and the staff were so lovely. I wish I could have stayed longer it was such an excellent location, everything was so clean and immaculate.”

“Hermoso hotel , muy bien ubicado , la atención perfecta cuenta con spa, para descansar después de un largo viaje ”

“Las instalaciones bien limpias. El personal amable. La parte negativa de la estancia ha sido el desayuno. Bajar a las 9:30 en fin de semana y no encontrar casi nada. He tenido que avisar en recepción que vengan a reponer alimentos. Tienen que revisar y reponer, si quieren dar un servicio de calidad!”
