- Due to the agreement with our cleaning service provider, we are not able to accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs. You may check-in as early as 4 pm and must check out by 10 am.

- For your convenience we supply you with a limited starter kit of toilet paper, soap, paper towels, trash bags, and dishwasher detergent.

- Due to the rural location of this property, cell phone reception may occasionally be spotty.

- No RV or Trailer parking.

- Please note that the hot tub takes around 6 hours to heat up. So depending on what time the property was cleaned, your hot tub may not be hot upon arrival.

- Guests are responsible for providing their own propane for grills and outdoor fireplaces.

- The Fireplace is only operational from October 1 - April 1.

- Streaming services on Smart TVs require guests` own login. Please log out upon checkout!

Please Note:
- An electric chair lift is available to assist elderly guests or those with mobility challenges in accessing the lower level.
- You may not book if you live locally without asking for permission.

- By booking with us you agree to download our app to gain access to the property.

- Guests will be expected to clean up spills and messes and do the dishes before they leave.

- To protect the host and guest, we must verify all guests ahead of the stay. You will receive a message from us shortly after booking with a link to our guest verification portal. Please complete verification within 48 hours of booking or your reservation may be cancelled.

- You understand that your check-in instructions will be sent after successfully completing the guest portal.

- THERE WILL BE A $500 CHARGE FOR SMOKING, PARTYING, OR BREAKING ANY OTHER HOUSE RULES!

- Please do not bring glitter, confetti, or anything like that to any of our properties.

- Please ensure that you review the cancellation policy for any COVID-19 cancellation reason.

- No food or drink in the hot tub.

- Due to our close proximity to the National Park, we have a large population of insects including ladybugs, house flies, stink bugs, millipedes, carpenter bees, and wasps. Although all of our properties are sprayed regularly by a professional pest control company, the city and park areas are not. During various times of the year, these insects may find their way into the property. By booking you understand that is a possibility during your stay and understand that there will be no refunds related to bugs getting into the property. We will be happy to work with you to get pest control back out if necessary.

Haven Vacation Rentals, LLC`s Vacation Rental Terms and Conditions (the `Terms`) apply. Renter will receive and agrees to sign the Terms immediately after making reservation, which will include, but not be limited to, the following:

- Minimum Age to rent is 25 years of age.

- By booking you agree to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID directly to us.

- The Renter is solely responsible for Renter`s actions and the actions of all guests.

- Noise audible outside the Property is prohibited between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m.

- Number of people may not exceed maximum occupancy.

- Check-in is from 4:00PM until 11:00PM. Check-out is before 10:00 AM.

- Late departure fee of up to one night`s rental if not vacated by checkout time.

- No smoking permitted on the Property at any time.

- No animals or pets except as specifically authorized or bona fide service animals.

- Renter agrees not to make chargeback claims with credit/debit card issuer.

- Events and commercial photography/filming prohibited without express written permission.

- No criminal activity.

- No liability for special, incidental, or consequential damages from pool, hot tub, lake, or bunk bed use.

- Inspect rental upon arrival. Report unsatisfactory conditions within two hours of arrival.

- You agree to give us reasonable time to respond and cooperate with our efforts.

- Background check may be required as stated in rental agreement.

A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival.
