“We stayed for one wonderful week, with 1 room for 3, and 1 double room for 1. Our hosts provided for everything, including delicious dinners, one a sushi dinner and the other a pork based dinner. Both were beautifully done and a great way to experience traditional Japanese food. As a bonus for skiiers the Inn was only about 200 yards from the Annupuri gondola and walking distance to a variety of local restaurants. A delightful experience overall. ”

“Not too far from the main streets. I sometimes go to hirafu ski area on foot. Free shuttle buses at lawson (4minutes on foot), 1 stop to hirafu gondola. Almost perfect for skiing and budget stay.”

“We loved the location in Annupuri as it is about a 3 minute walk to the slope. Annupuri mountain is much much quieter than niseko. You can traverse from the top of Annupuri to other resorts and get down to Niseko that way rather than catching a shuttle bus around the base. Just make sure you have an all mountain pass. Niseko negula is really flash! Beautiful wooden retreat, lovely staff, great food and amenities, great views. Loved it!! They have a driver who can drop/pick you up from onsens...

“BAD. The WORST!! 1. First of all, no one is professional in this place. No one was there to check me in when I arrived. So that was a bad first impression. 2. Rooms do not have proper heater. They use gasoline oil heater and the rooms smell like gas station with old car engines burning. I did not feel safe sleeping in the room that smells like that. Felt like one spike of fire can pur the entire house on fire. 3. The windows are too old that the cold brutal winter wind flows right into...

“This property would be good for self drive definitely, but not advisable if u are taking public transport. It is 2KM from the bus terminal. The host provided a really powerful heating panel which we also used to dry all our clothes and was hot and crisp after 10 hours. Host was very kind and friendly. Lake Toya was raining the two days we were there so we checked out after 1 day unfortunately. ”

“It’s a Japanese style house by the sea. Well equipped with everything. Big living room where we can hangout together. Nice and comfortable futon. Lovely view. The only downside is that the car road to the house is quite steep and uneven. ”
