“The apartment is fully equipped, very clean and comfortable. In particular, the terrace with the sofa is really good for chilling at night. The hosts, Lena and Monica, are very kind and helpful in providing pieces of information about what to do in the surroundings. This is a very good location to explore Chalkidiki.”

“The house itself is very clean, very complete and nice. Maybe a bit small, especially the masterbedroom feels a bit cramped. Everything you might need is there, even toiletteries and beachtowels. Contact with Athanasios was friendly and nice. The view from the garden is fantastic! The garden is lovely, the pool is clean and nice. 10 minutes walk to the beach, 14 to town. This accomodation is exactly as it shows on the website! Highly recommended!”

“Alles top und sehr gemütliche traumhafte wohnung mit großem balkon. Nachts hört man die hunde laut bellen, aber hat uns nicht gestört. Die gegend und die altstadt von nikiti ist sehr schön und traumhafte strände :) Kann man nur empfehlen.”

“Wir waren 14 Tage bei Vithos Maisonette. Bei dem Objekt handelt es sich um ein Reihen-Endhaus in erster Reihe am Strand. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse und vom Balkon ist sensationell. Das Haus ist sauber und ordentlich eingerichtet. Die Küche ist durchschnittlich, keine Spülmaschine. Zum Haus gehören 6 Strandliegen und Sonnenschirme. Wir waren in der Hauptsaison da, da ist der Strand immer gut besucht. Das Wasser ist Kristall-klar, ideal zum Schwimmen uns Stand-up Paddeln. Verleih für SUP,...

“Property was dirty and unclean. Kitchen wear couldn’t be used, lots of cobwebs and found all sorts of mess from empty alcohol bottles to mushrooms on the floor in various rooms. Bathrooms was dirty and we spent a lot of time complaining and cleaning before we felt comfortable. Was charged £150 for cleaning but not sure why, as the property was clearly not cleaned before we got there. Stayed in apartment 7, which is by a telephone pole so nearly impossible to get our car in and out of the drive...

“Beautiful property in a very quiet mountain village, short drive to Kavala, even shorter to visit the mountains, would thoroughly recommend this lady and her house for a quiet stay or to use as a start point for exploring, be careful though its very easy to lock yourself out as the front door doesn't have a handle on the outside, not missing, its just the style of door, don't leave the key on the inside without wedging the door open, thoroughly recommend ;-) Shaun & Mishi (UK).”

“Das Haus und der Garten sind toll. Es liegt zentral und alle Strände sind leicht zu erreichen. Das Haus ist schön eingerichtet und ist geräumig. Das einzige Makel ist, dass die Klimaanlage im Wohnbereich ist und somit alle 3 Schlafzimmer nicht in Reichweite sind. Das war dann bei 30 Grad plus schon sehr unangenehm, auch wenn es noch einen Ventilator gab. Hier besteht Verbesserungspotential. Also wen heisse Nächte nicht stören, kann ruhigen Gewissens diese Haus mieten. Ansonsten war alles super...

“wir waren leider nur 9 Tage dort, es hätte gerne mehr sein können. Das Haus ist einfach aber ausreichend ausgestattet. Viel Platz auf der Terasse und am Strand. Die kleine Bucht hat man fast alleine zum Baden. Auch der kleine Bootsverleih nebenan kann empfolen werden. Die Vermieter sind unkompliziert und sehr nett.”

“Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in diesem Ferienhaus. Alles ist vorhanden -die Küche ist super gut ausgestattet. Das Haus hat einen sehr schönen kleinen gemütlichen Garten. Zum Strand kann man laufen und auch andere Strände oder Buchten sind mit dem Auto von hier gut zu erreichen. Der Vermieter mit dem ich schriftlich Kontakt hatte ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Vor Ort gibt es dann eine auch sehr freundliche Ansprechpartnerin. Alles ist sehr unkompliziert. Sehr zu empfehlen!”

“Pro: sehr gute Ausstattung (Fön, Wasserkocher, Tresor, Kühlschrank, Klimaanlage), guter Zustand der Unterkunft, freundliche Mitarbeiter, gute Sauberkeit der Zimmer, ich selbst habe alle Sehenswürdigkeiten der Stadt erlaufen, dafür muss man aber ca. 20 - 25 Minuten in Kauf nehmen Contra: Ein bisschen erschrocken war ich schon von der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite des Hotels, da hier eine große Ruine liegt, die nicht sehr einladend ist (aber natürlich kann das Hotel dafür nix).
