“There was no communication whatsoever about how to check in, despite sending several messages through Hotels.com and directly to the property before our arrival. When we arrived, we found a Ring doorbell at the entrance, which had not been disclosed in the listing. After ringing it, there was no apology for the lack of communication—only someone asking if we had been given the access code, which we had not. The property itself was in a totally unacceptable condition. It was filthy throughout,...

“What a fantastic experience to stay in such a building”

“Great location. Staff were lovely and helpful. Good food at the Y Copa bar and the breakfast was also great. The amenities include sauna, swimming pool and steam room are in great condition and very clean.”

“The motel was nice, the beds were not comfortable that is the only issue we had with the room, the pub was nice but had a load of fruit flies that was off putting especially when you see them over the pastries at breakfast, the staff are very friendly”

“Me aloje con mi familia y todo muy bien y fácil, el personal muy amable. La habitación tenía dos televisiones aunque la de las niñas no había mando.”

“I had to call the hotel to arrange a very late/early check in, outside normal hours and the staff was very accommodating. We had to wake them in the middle of the night but the hotel was able to get us into our room and some much needed sleep.”

“Very clean comfy good location and lovely staff well worth a visit”

“Nice clean, and family friendly”

“No entry code given. Wanted passport or driving licence. Neither were carried with us as we toured Wales.”

“Excellent facilities for our family base, couldn't have asked for more in terms of quality of location, equipment and entertainment for all including games, media etc. We wanted a location we could use to explore the whole island and we found it worked perfectly. Couldn't have been cleaner, great welcome pack to help you when you first get there, safe parking, great garden grounds to utilise, family friendly and ran by a great couple who are close by for any reassurances you may need.”

“The accommodation was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. It made our trip even more enjoyable. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to other guests. Thank you! 😊”

“Great size Good location Decent price ”

“Gorgeous property and fantastic location! We loved the stay and the property had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend and return.”

“A great location with great amenities, near two big grocery stores and lots of places to eat. Perfect for a sightseeing journey around the Welsh Highlands. They are not terribly responsive via the Expedia app, so don't expect much if you're reaching out that way.”
