“Kitchen was stocked with bread, butter, milk and jam, which was lovely but there was NO tea or coffee. However, given how dirty some of the mugs were, that probably wasn't a bad thing. There were also dirty trays left in the oven and drawer. Rest of cottage was clean thankfully. However, frustrating as limited power points, and no shaver socket in bathroom for toothbrush. “There was limited evening meal choice when we stayed but it was still delicious, as was breakfast. The bedroom was a little too warm for our liking so we kept the window open, (frames need the mould removing though). All staff members were very friendly and helpful. Stairs to bedrooms/dining room/bar are a little steep so may not suit those with mobility issues. ”

“I was disappointed to find that despite what it said on the Hotels site the Red Lion did not organise parking if you phoned. I had to park 5 minutes walk away and thankfully it was not raining too hard. With no food at the pub food choices were a little limited but luckily there is a very good take away pizza shop 50 metres away. The breakfast I had was very good so no problems with that.”

La puerta es fina, ni siquiera llega hasta el suelo, por lo que se oye a cualquiera que pase por el pasillo y la sensación es de inseguridad total. La habitación estaba sin limpiar, encontramos una bolsa llena de restos de comida de Mcdonalds. Además hacía mucho frio y cuando preguntamos en recepción nos dijeron que “luego” se encendería, resultó que la encendieron a las 21h y a media noche la apagaron, con una media de 9 grados...
