A cozy 110-square-meter apartment with a private entrance, located on the first floor of a building very close to downtown. The location is excellent! All major attractions, the port, and the Cristoforo Colombo waterfront are just a few minutes’ walk away. Trani Station is a 3-minute walk from the apartment.

The apartment is equipped with every comfort, including air conditioning, and can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people.



The interior layout is as follows:



- KITCHENETTE with gas stovetop, moka pot, refrigerator, oven, kitchen utensils, and wine glasses;

- LIVING AREA with two double sofa beds, dining table, TV, and split A/C;

- SLEEPING AREA with a double bed, dresser, TV, and split A/C unit;

- BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet, and toilet.



ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited Wi-Fi, independent heating with a heat pump, air conditioning (one split unit in the living area and one in the sleeping area), washing machine, clothesline, hair dryer, mosquito screens (in the bathroom), iron, and ironing board.



PLEASE NOTE: There is a step at the entrance to the apartment.

There are stairs leading up to the sleeping area.



The entire apartment is available to guests.



Seven days before arrival, you will receive instructions on how to register your documents via our Guest Portal. This procedure allows us to verify your information and documents and to send the details to the Alloggiati Web police service, which is the Italian system for registering guests staying in Italy.

Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The heating season and the daily operating time depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Trani is a charming town overlooking the Adriatic Sea, dating back to the Norman era, when Frederick II of Swabia made it one of his main coastal fortresses. The town offers stunning natural scenery and monuments rich in art and history. The marina is simply marvelous, dotted with traditional fishing boats and dominated by the town’s symbol, the magnificent Cathedral of San Nicola Pellegrino, built with the characteristic local stone and towering over the seascape. Also not to be missed is a visit to the Swabian Castle, dating back to 1230 and, together with the Cathedral, a highlight of the city, visible from the sea.

The accommodations are centrally located, within a ten-minute walk of all points of interest and the sea. Essential amenities are within walking distance: within 200 meters, you’ll find a café, a supermarket, and a pharmacy.



- FROM KAROL WOYTILA INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT: You can reach the apartment by taking the FR2 train to BARI CENTRALE station, and from there take the regional train toward Barletta and get off at the Trani stop, a 3-minute walk from the apartment.



- FROM TRANI STATION: The apartment is easily accessible in a 3-minute walk.



- IF YOU’RE TRAVELING BY CAR: The apartment is located outside the restricted traffic zone (ZTL) and is accessible by car. Street parking is free in white-lined zones (
