Can’t complain about the property itself but location is bit isolated. My main problem was with management, they blew up my inbox with emails but they didn’t send me what I actually need which is the receipt. They charged my credit card without sending me a receipt. That’s unprofessional and scammy. I had to go through the hassle of finding their number and trying to contact them to get the receipt finally.

The room didn't have blinds, so we had to keep the curtain closed all the time. The bathroom didn't have a sink, so we had to brush our teeth and make breakfast using the sink in the "kitchen" area. There was only one nightstand, and it was inconvenient to charge the phone or use the lamp on the other side of the bed for reading. We were reminded about the checkout when we arrived, but we didn't receive the code to enter the room. I made the reservation through Orbitz and didn't expect to be charged for VRBO or Orbitz fees. The amount we paid for the hotel is not accurate.

Convenient and Clean

We made a last minute trip to Traverse City and found this rental. The room was clean and the location was fairly close to downtown. I would definitely come here again.
