No service, no help, no fun

Electronic check in not too shabby. If found smoking on property $1000 fine , excessive. No one around a plus. If you need something though their help service number doesn't seem to be 24/7 even though they connect you with someone in another country. Don't expect to make changes easily. Room connections are weird, along with an extra door to the bathroom? Hallway entrance is nice for the bathroom, BUT YOU DON'T GET THE KEY HAHA. That door made me feel very uncomfortable with the whole situation. We had a 2bedroom 1bathroom suite and the 3 doors were very interesting. Truly enjoyed the beds, again very concerned though due to the furniture. If you're here on a business trip your chairs may not reach your desk. They will however meet comfortably up to your bed and night stand. Hopefully everything fits! Lighting is great, coffees amazing, nice music going in all the lounging areas/kitchens.

After Checking out I received a phone call informing me that there were stains on the towels and wash cloths that could not be removed and they were going to charge me $55 to replace. This was make up. I have absolutely in all my travels never been charged for using towels and wash cloths as an additional expense. Beware !

A bit misrepresented

Read the fine print of the listingThe "living room/kitchen" area is not part of the rental, but rather a common area. The bathroom is in one of the bedrooms so the guests in one bedroom have to go thru the other bedroom to use the bathroom.

Would stay again!

The shared view from the front of the property was a surprising welcome! Gorgeous sunsets and morning stillness over the water. Overall we would stay again! Easy to find, close to TC and all that northern MI has to offer. Stayed in a 2 bedrm for a mother/daughter weekend. For an "air bnb" style hotel it was great but missing some amenities you may find if you're expecting a regular hotel stay. Things to be aware of are unlike a regular hotel there are not "public" bathrooms or access to drinking water from Floor #2 so just something to know if you're staying with a group it's just one shared bathroom in your room and the only water (I.e. for coffee pot or filling water bottles) is from bathroom sink. We were promised dark towels to use when cleaning faces of makeup. Unfortunately those were not provided so some makeup made it's way to the white towels, and then the coffee maker provided leaked so the only way to clean up was with white towels provided. We were charged a $20 fee for those towels because they "needed" to be replaced which seemed a bit nickel / dime and premature before they tried to truly clean. However, that aside, we would certainly recommend and stay again!

Wedding Weekend

We enjoyed our stay. Easy check in and love the keyless entry. Thank you for the complimentary champagne Friday evening! Only request is to add ice machines or put bags in the freezer.
