Friends and family getaway

Everything was perfect. Great downtown location. This is not a complaint, just a statement. Don’t try for an early check in. We got into town 2.5 hours early and requested an early check in. Most places allow it. Unfortunately this place did not. We grabbed a coffee and sat on the bench across the street looking up at an empty condo until exactly 4pm. It was a beautiful day and we had good company so it wasn’t the end of the world. Just giving you a heads up if you were hoping for an early check in.

Awesome location and space

We loved the location of the condo and the openness of the layout. Besides excellent communication from the property manager I really appreciated how comfortable the beds and furniture were and even the small touches like having a makeup mirror in the bathroom and being well stocked with everything you could need. I'm already trying to plan when I can visit again. Thank you!

5 of us comfortably stayed in this gorgeous apartment. It was a tad hard to find at first, but worth looking with the location in the heart of downtown TC. Highly recommend and would work with the property managers any time. Quick to respond and very helpful.

Just what you need.

We’re close to downtown. Walking range for bars and food. I would rate more for four people than the six. But was a very quaint and clean place.

Downtown Traverse City

This property is located within walking distance of everything downtown! Very nicely updated decor. We wished we had more time to enjoy it. It is very well stocked with everything you might need. Parking is literally out the back door. Be aware, it is located in the city so there is city noise. Management is on top of everything and communicates promptly.

LOVED! Will definitely return!

This was by far the best VRBO experience I have had. From ease of check in and accuracy of information given, to the included amenities and cleanliness of the property, we were so impressed. It was very clear they thought of everything - there was a wagon we could use for convenient visits to the beach, a bottle of wine for us upon check in, ample towels and linens…it was phenomenal. The location of this property and proximity to all of our favorite places could not be beat. Couldn’t recommend it enough!

3 Day Getaway

My husband, 15 year old son and I stayed at the property for 3 days. It was a perfect getaway! The condo is absolutely beautiful! The decor is adorable and felt very "beachy". We found everything to be super clean. I'm usually very stressed about the cleanliness or lack of when i stay away from home. We've had bad experiences in the past. But i was able to relax and feel very comfortable here. The cleaning crew is doing a great job! The view was perfect for some people watching and my son enjoyed sitting on the balcony playing his guitar. We were just a short walk from everything we love in downtown Traverse...shopping, restaurants, and the beach! It was very convenient to park the car in the parking lot and walk everywhere. My husband thought it was a little loud at night with street and alley noise, but that was a small price to pay for the great location. I wish we could have stayed longer as it was just a very peaceful visit!

Great condo and even better location

Everything about our stay was great. Katy was very responsive and helpful. The condo was great; better than advertised, very clean and great location. One block from the beach, lots of restaurants and shops very accessible. Great place for the adults and our toddlers. Would definitely stay here again!

Brought my parents up for a weekend trip. The property is wonderful. It’s location is perfect to walk anywhere downtown. The condo itself was super clean and well maintained, perfect for two couples.

Traverse City Visit

We stayed in traverse city for 2 nights and this place was fabulous. Just as pictured, spacious, clean and a perfect location to walk downtown. My partner and I stayed here with my parents and we had plenty of room and everything we needed. We would absolutely stay again.
