Torch Lake Sandbar Directly Across The Street With Outdoor Dock Slip Unit B

  • Recently remodeled! This quaint two bedroom one bath duplex style home is located on the beautiful Torch River Bayou. It is across the street from the Torch Lake Sandbar. With the pullout couch this apartment sleeps six people. If you are a larger group we recommend renting out both units. Two cars are allowed per unit. We provide trailer parking offsite.

    This is a weekly rental from mid June-August that rents from Friday to Friday. Outside of these months shorter rentals are allowed.

    We recommend taking your boat to enjoy the gorgeous Torch water. We do have a rental pontoon and tritoon on the property so feel free to inquire about rates and dates for that also!

    Please note that this unit includes the outdoor dock slip. If you are looking for the unit with the indoor boat house slip please book Unit A found under property # 2062886

    What is included?
    -An outdoor boat dock
    - 4 Kayaks on a first come first basis
    -Linens are included (beach towels are not)

    We do not allow pets, smoking, fireworks, or outdoor fire-pits. Please note there are outdoor surveillance cameras for your added security.

    The rentals are in walking distance of ice cream, pizza, a restaurant, and liquor store. The rentals are 5 minutes drive from Alden, 15 minutes away from Elk Rapids, and 35 minute away from Traverse City. This area has attractions for everyone. Wine tasting, breweries, golfing, hiking, shopping, paddle boarding, jet skiing, and boating are just a few attractions.

    To book the other unit use property number 2062886.

    Property owners and boat slip renters do access the boat house. The upper deck on top of the rentals are included however the rooftop on top of the boat house is not included in the rental.

We stayed for a week and had a great time. Fishing, boating, sandbar! The chain of lakes is beautiful. The house had everything we could need and was very comfortable for a family of 4. Great restaurants in the area. The dock was nice to have for our boat. The hosts were onsite and so accommodating. New friends were made and the trip was a blast.

20th Anniversary get away.

This property will not disappoint! Centrally located near several small towns to explore as well as the beautiful lake and areas to hike! Our only downfall was the weather at the time of our stay, but we made the best of it!

Great location! The deck was awesome for morning coffee and evening dinner by the fire overlooking the lake. Renting the boat from the owners was super convenient with the boat house out back. Family and friends already requested for us to rent next year.

Phenomenal experience- amazing property mngt

Everything about this location is PHENOMENAL. Beautiful property both inside and out. Everything you need is there. Clean, stocked and location to the sandbar is right across the street. We rented both units for 4 couples and it was just perfect. We will definitely return next year. Thank you for hosting us.

Torch River cottage

Perfect location on the Torch River across the street from Torch Lake. Boat launch nearby. Two bedroom with comfy bed and updated bathroom. Owners very responsive. We loved our stay and hope to return next year.

The property was great. The hosts were extremely hospitable and friendly. The location was fine. The only complaint I would have is the speed and limited visibility of the traffic on the road between the property and the public access beach. It seems that the local authorities need to find a way to control it a bit better.

Perfect location. Great hosts. So much fun.

Such a perfect location on the river with access to boat house and the sandbar right across the street. Owners did such a great job renovating this place for optimal fun, and were available for anything you may need. Party deck was the best!! Would recommend to anyone looking for a place to rent in this area. Option to rent their boats as well so you can really experience the Chain of Lakes.

I almost don't want anyone else to know how amazing this place and its owners are, just so we can come back whenever we want! We honestly can't stop talking about our week there - how adorable and spotless it was, how convenient the location was, how much fun we had, how awesome the owners and other guests were. Love love love this lake!

Looked forward to our revisit of Torch Lake from spending many summers here with my mom and dad as a kid. The upper deck on Crystal Beach condo was absolutely a joy to stay at! Very pretty and so cutely decorated. Meagan, Ryan and Joy were wonderful as hosts and had amazing hospitality for us all week! We loved easy access to the boathouse and traveling down the bayou to Torch River out to the lake each day- such pretty colors of blue! Sandbar is as amazing as always. We will rent again for sure <3
