“The room was fantastic, spacious with every detail considered. The bed was very comfortable and huge! The bathroom had a separate bath and shower with double sinks. The staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. Definitely worth a visit! I forgot to mention the food, that was delicious too!”

“The room was clean but lacked a few things .they had a A small alcove to hang your clothes no draws to put your underwear in so we had to keep them in the pockets of our suitcase.door didn’t lock properly you could push it open when you locked it.had work men in fixing the heating only three staff on.whenwe we arrived told us the restaurant was closed because of shortage of staff.if we would have been told this when we applied to book a room by sandbanks we wouldn’t have booked.l believe we...

“Our room was nice, clean and bright with a large window facing the road.
Staff were very friendly and helpful during our stay.
However check in was late at 5pm with an early checkout at 10am. No breakfast or lunch option due to being out of season and no fridge to store any food over night.
Great for walks but anything else you need to travel out by car.”
