From the studio, direct access on the first floor to a private patio of 9 m² to enjoy meals, or simply relaxation, reading and relaxation.

On the first floor, studio of 30 m2 + covered patio of 9 m2 orientation EAST well equipped for rest and possibly reading and having meals.

Hot water radiator heating (temperature of 20 degrees assured).

Traveler access
Property access by digicode. Access code provided by SMS on the day of your arrival.
However, we prefer to welcome our guests and hand over the keys.
Large parking lot that can accommodate utility and trailer.

Generally speaking, I am here to welcome you, open the gate and give you the keys to your apartment.
