Lovely holiday home in excellent location

A nice property in a lovely location. Property was very clean and well equipped. Swimming pool was excellent. The property owner was very kind and welcoming. Beautiful coastline with loads of lovely beaches to explore. Would highly recommend & would stay again. Thank you.

Superbe location

accueil chaleureux la propriétaire est charmante et vous met tout de suite à l'aise c'est une location où rie ne manque du point de ustensiles de cuisine ( tout fonctionne ) vaisselle linge de maison la piscine est extraordinaire idem pour le barbecue , tout est parfait ,rien ne manque . A recommander +++

A wonderful location

We have enjoyed a wonderful family holiday at this property. It has a great location right on a safe and sandy beach - great for children and swimming and enjoys beautiful sun sets. The private pool at the house is a great bonus and it is a lovely temperature and all weather as it is under cover. The property owner, Henriette is delightful. She was very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. A wonderful place for a family holiday for all ages.

Nous avons passé une semaine en famille magique, en juillet 2022. Tout était parfait. Un grand merci à Henriette et Jean qui sont très accueillants et avec qui nous avons passé d'agréables moments. Nous reviendrons dès que possible.

Je n'ai pas l'habitude de rédiger des appréciations, mais la semaine que j'ai passé fin août en famille mérite largement cette rédaction. La maison est conforme aux photos, tout les équipements annoncés sont fonctionnels, la réalité est même beaucoup plus jolie que les photos. La situation géographique est idéale pour visiter les environs. Franchement que dire a part que la semaine que nous avons passe était au delà de nos attentes en termes de satisfaction. Mention spéciale au couple de propriétaire pour leurs accueil, disponibilité, gentillesse et sympathie. Nous reviendrons sûrement a l'occasion...

A wonderful week...

We had a great week’s holiday in this lovely house and area. The owners were very friendly and despite the slight language barrier, couldn’t do enough for us to make the stay comfortable. The pool was a highlight for our three young children and the ability to lock the pool door was essential in keeping the little ones safe when we were not using it. The house was perfect for our needs, very clean throughout and the local shops in Trégunc were adequate for food supplies. The beaches were clean and great for our children, with clam waters for them to splash in. We would certainly recommend this property and the area.

Excellent Property

House was perfect,very clean lovely host really nice lady live's next door on hand if we needed anything.We as a group where 5 motorcyclists touring around Brittany and used house as our base. Great to have swimming pool it again was very clean,house is close to beach a gate at bottom of garden and you are on to beach.Local area nice and quiet and only 2 miles away from the town of Tregunc handy for supermarket you have Lidl and Casino which opened on a Sunday until 1.30PM which suited us as we arrived on Sunday morning at house. I would also say house would be great for family's,table tennis,tramoline,kids play house,all available.Nice walk around the penninsula with small boats moored up in the bays. House is fully kitted out with all you would need it was spot on for what we needed as 5 motorcyclist's and would have no doubt's about staying at this property again.

Peaceful and beautiful location. Brilliant host. Superb pool

Location and hosts: The property provides good privacy. The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful. They live next door and gave access to their larger garden which has a play area and even a ping pong board! They had left us a tasty Gâteau Breton on arrival. They even brought us fresh vegetables from their vegetable patch. They spoke very little English but we did not have much difficulty thanks to Google Translate! Pool: The highlight of the property is the covered and heated swimming pool. The pool was clean and well maintained. We spend a few hours every day in the pool. Beaches: The property is located right next to a coastal path which leads to some of the most quietest and pristine beaches in North west France. There is a beach right next to the property as well. We would suggest checking on the local tide levels online before planning a visit to beaches. Nearby: We managed to visit Concorneau, Pointe du raz, Quimper and Brest which are within accessible distance. There are some supermarkets in Tregunc area. Overall the property is excellent with brilliant hosts. Highly recommended.

Sehr schönes, gut ausgestattetes Haus am Meer (Très belle maison, bien equipé, près de la mer))

Wir haben eine Woche Ende Juni in diesem sehr schönen, gut ausgestatteten und sauberen Haus verbracht (2 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder im Alter von 13 bis 17). Die Vermieterin wohnt zwei Häuser weiter und war sehr nett (spricht nur französisch). Das Haus hat zwei Terrassen, so dass man seinen Sitzplatz je nach Sonnenstand aussuchen konnte. Der Pool war sehr gepflegt, ebenso wie der Garten. Wir hatten eine Woche Sonnenschein, so dass wir die Überdachung des Pools wahrscheinlich nicht gebraucht hätten, aber in der Bretagne weiß man ja nie. Das Haus hat eine ruhige Lage und man ist in 2 Minuten am Meer (Meerblick hat man leider nur aus der oberen Etage des Hauses). Wir haben jeden Abend den Sonnenuntergang am Sandstrand oder auf den Felsen daneben genossen. Bäcker, Supermarkt, Restaurants etc. gibt es in Trégunc, mit dem Auto ca. 3 Minuten Fahrt, aber auch gut mit Fahrrad zu erreichen. Ein wunderbares Haus, um die Südküste der Bretagne zu entdecken und zu genießen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Great property & location charming host great pool

We were 4 adults and two (5 and 7 yo) children. Lovely, immaculately clean big house, surrounded by lawns and patio areas with a good-sized parking area. The charming owner was extremely welcoming and made us feel immediately at home. She lives next door so is very easy to get hold of should you need her. Some of the colour schemes inside the property seem interesting in the photographs, but in fact were very pleasant. Large dining areas inside and out, large TV, DVD, BBQ, plenty of chairs, recliners etc. Beds very comfortable and endless very hot water. Utility room. Main bedroom has a window looking out to the sea. Great pool. There were a couple of inflatables - a giant whale and a crocodile. Plenty of space for sitting for any supervising adults. The pool has steps down at one end then a short sharp slope to about 1.5m depth (owner may correct me). About 10 m long, great for swimming properly and playing games. Nice temperature, and covered, which meant the air temperature was warm and we were very comfortable for hours at a time. The doors can be locked for safety. Outside shower by the pool. At the end of the garden there is a high-quality children’s play house and mini see-saw, and a gate to the owner’s large further garden area with trampoline, climbing frame/swing/slide and table tennis. All surrounded by fencing. The field has a gate which leads straight onto the coast path and beaches. The adjacent sandy beach has great rockpools. A couple of minutes walk there are other pretty white sand beaches and a little further again there is more of a nature reserve with big soft sandy beaches and some inland ponds. Nice snorkeling along the coast. The inlet by the property is very pretty at high tide. The coast path is great for walking/running, and the local roads are extremely quiet and relatively flat. We felt very comfortable with our two children cycling with us on them. The beach just to the west of Trévignon was really picturesque. About 20 minutes away, the walled town area of Concarneau is again charming. The fishing museum in Concarneau was a hit, with plenty of models depicting types of fishing over the ages, boats and paraphernalia, and a static fishing trawler outside to explore. We had a very nice lunch at Les Trois Mâts at Döelan, on the terrace overlooking the pretty inlet. All in all, a great property, in a great location, with a fantastically welcoming host, and a lot to offer in all weathers. Thank you
