“Great new hotel just opened but a couple of no small issues. There is no sign of the hotel outside the building, so we had to go up and down the street to find it. There's only a sign for the restaurant but not for the hotel, we wasted 10 minutes under the rain until we realised. “Although looking like you’d arrived in some post apocalyptic horror movie when you drive into the car park once inside the property all looked modern and clean. Even had a view of bunnies and geese from the window of our room. Staff were welcoming and complimentary snacks and water in the room made for a delightful stay visiting friends locally. ”

“It used to be one of my favourite hotels for business trip to Bristol but this time the experience has been extremely bad… almost 50 minutes waiting for the food at the restaurant during dinners , every single day …. The worst part was the housekeeping service … not done at all during the whole stay . I’ve to go the reception front desk asking for fresh towels every evening. The only positive thing for this hotel are the gym facilities. Regards ”
