“I was in Logan for a few nights attending an art workshop and this place worked well for what I needed. I was by myself so just needed something small with the essentials. Basement of Old cute house in historic Logan. Nothing fancy but wasn’t expecting it so it met expectations. I would say only reason not 5 stars was the bathroom was pretty tight but it worked. Overall this worked out well for my stay.”

THIS WAS IT...A basement apartment attached to a very nice family's house! It had everything I needed for my 7-day stay. And it turned out to be only 1 1/2 blocks from where all my kids and grandkids were staying (totally unplanned!). “We spent several days at this beautiful property! We were in town for USU’s graduation. We were close to campus without being in all the chaos that comes with end of semester in a college town. Neighborhood is quiet and nice. We loved the clean modern feel and the moving sand art table was so fun, we all found it to be completely mesmerizing. The only negative is the rural neighborhood far from to the stores and downtown on foot . you need a car and it’s low in the valley so there is some smell from cows and hey. Otherwise great stay .”

“My booking was unilaterally and suspiciously cancelled by the property manager 2 days before arrival w/o offering suitable alternative. Suspicious because there was a major conference in town and rental prices were going for many times what I had booked in for.”
