“Just gross. Dirty carpet, Smelly water that stains all the plumbing. Old furniture and everything is basically in disrepair. Can hear people in neighboring rooms. Windows worked, heat and air worked.”

“The room was very clean and the bathroom was large. However, in the very large bathroom, there was plenty of space for a for a table for toiletries to be put on, but none was provided. The room, also, had no place to hang clothes--not even a hook on the back of the bathroom door. Also, no controls for the heat/AC. We were freezing the last nite of our stay.
And wile management was very easy to get ahold of via email and phone, and agreeable about us checking out a day early, I cannot say...
