Amazing Stay

Sweet Suite!

The owners were incredibly nice and accommodating! The place was very clean and organized. The kitchen was well stocked. My children loved the pool and the trampoline! My husband and I enjoyed time in the hot tub after the kiddos went to sleep. We definitely enjoyed our stay!

All the details!

The first thing we saw when we checked in was a welcome board with our name which was so nice to have that personal touch. The suite was clean and well organized but also well stocked! The kitchen had basic condiments in the fridge and seasonings plus a great assortment of coffee, tea, hot chocolate and some snacks. There were thoughtfully provided toiletries, laundry items and a first aid kit. The bed was so comfortable. Pool, hot tub, and basketball goal provided "at home" entertainments eithout having to constantly resort to a screen to occupy the children. We were only about 15-20 minutes away from downtown chatanooga and lookout mountain areas and had a great time exploring during our short spring break trip.

Golden spot

I can’t elaborate how much I loved this place. It was fully stocked with everything we needed after a hike (laundry), and the hot tub was perfect with morning coffee. Super close to Chattanooga but even after going out we wish we would have stayed in to enjoy this beautiful property more. The bed and pillows were luxury feeling and the listing is exactly what is listed. LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS PLACE ! I will definitely be back !

Beautiful mountain retreat

We only stayed for one night, but it was everything we needed. The communication was spot on. The week leading up to it, Teresa and Mike recommended places to hike nearby since that was the intent of our visit. I am someone who likes to know that I have the address and instructions before I arrive somewhere but I'll just focus on the address and worry about everything else once I get there. Their instructions were simple and easy to follow which made checking in seamless. We went there to celebrate New Year's Eve. When we walked in, they had party hats for us. We wore them proudly.The place was welcoming, full of character and warmth, and with amenities that were well thought out. The minute we arrived, we were like "we gotta come back!"I know this is the time for me to find something at fault with the place, which can be found anywhere you go. Any faults they have simple add character... Don't change a thing!

fantastic anniversary getaway

everything was wonderful. I was apprehensive to stay with the owners on-site, but it was like we were there alone. they were very quick to respond to any questions we had though. very clean, cozy, and super cute. we had everything available we could have needed and more. the pool and hot tub were amazing, the bed was extremely comfortable, everything was well stocked for us, and we would have stayed longer if we could! I would absolutely recommend to anyone needed somewhere cozy and comfortable to relax and feel like you’re at a home away from home. we will be back for sure!!

Above and Beyond!

This was like staying at a luxury hotel but so much better because it was in budget! Teresa has thought through every detail of this rental from a cozy bed to spare toiletries to baby items and even laundry. The space radiates someone who truly enjoys hosting others. The hot tub and pool were a great perk as well. Teresa was easy to communicate with and accommodating of our request for early check in. Highly recommend staying here if you’re in need of a north Georgia mountain getaway. We enjoyed visiting Cloudland Canyon State Park (20 min drive) and breakfast at Corner Coffee in Trenton. Thank you Teresa!! We would absolutely visit again!

Beautiful, Peaceful, nice place!

I took my 6 year old to this property over spring break for its central location to Chattanooga, Cloudland Canyon, and Mentone. I was delighted with the property. It felt like a trendy downtown Nashville loft in terms of style and amenities. The bed was soft and cozy, there was plenty of room, and lots of extras, including the coolest most modern hot tub I’ve ever seen. (My son will be spoiled for life!) I’m already considering seeing if I can book again. For my niece’s wedding!

Spring Break Chattanooga Stay

Teresa and Mike are some of the nicest people we have met. Very accommodating and made sure we had anything that we have needed/forgot to bring. Prompt on responses. Property is very will kept and clean. Would definitely stay here again. Only downside was, we didn't have more time to spend there!

Wonderful Stay!

First, I would like to say that Teresa is absolutely the best! She is the most communicative host we have ever had and we appreciated that so much. Next, the suite was so clean and comfortable which is one of the keys thing I look for when booking. The suite is stocked with everything you could need as well as a snack basket and park pass. We used both the hot tub and fire pit table which were so nice on a cool night and after a day of hiking. The suite is close to anything you would want to do. In this trip we hiked at Cloudland Canyon, went to Ruby Falls and Rock City and then ended the trip with a visit to Chattanooga. I would highly recommend a stay at this suite and we look forward to coming back again.

Perfect Getaway!

Our stay was so wonderful! Teresa went above and beyond to assure everything was perfect. The hot tub was very therapeutic. The home is absolutely beautiful and comfortable. Would recommend and would absolutely stay again.

Fantastic!

Check in was as easy as could be. So many thoughtful extras available to us. Teresa or maybe Mike, but pretty sure Teresa :) had stocked the kitchen with essential items if needed for preparing meals. Seasonings, condiments. Coffee station with premium pods, creamers, sugars for the provided kerig. They had set us up for smores all the ingredients left in a basket on the kitchen island, which we made over the gas fire glass fire pit right out of our back door. Bed was really comfortable, linens top quality, even had anything we may have forgotten in the bathroom. Couch and living quarters top notch! Would stay here anytime we head back to Chattanooga which was only 15 minutes away. Great communication via vrbo site, timely and concise! Thanks Teresa and Mike.Wonderful accomadations!

Loved it!

This was such a great place to stay! Everything was new and clean and so pretty! Teresa really has an eye for decorating. It was fully stocked without being over crowded. All of our needs were met, but there was still plenty of space for us to store our things. There was coffee and tea, plenty of cooking supplies, super comfy bed, sound machine, and extra toiletries in case we forgot something. We spent a lot of time outside. The pool was perfect. Plenty of lounge chairs in the sun and a shaded spot under the gazebo. And beautiful mountain views. We also used their park pass to go for a nice walk one day. I would totally stay here again.
