“We stayed in this house for two nights. Everything was great. I know the host indicates this, but unless you have minimal luggage or backpacks only, you will have to leave your luggage on the first floor. The stairs are very narrow and steep between the floors. However, each level offers space to relax and take in the gorgeous sea views. Thanks to Stefano’s help for getting to the location and helping us settle in.”

“We spent some beautiful days with our little daughter in the house of Renata. She is really kind and serious about hosting and really tries to help where she can. The house is in a very good state as it was just renovated (July 2018) and it was clean and provided a lot of helpful infrastructure like a dishwasher and a washing machine but also things like deckchairs for sunbathing.”

“We were so pleased to find a rental located in the quaint village of Corniglia. The place was clean and the terrace on the rooftop had breathtaking views of the coastline. We did not receive check in instructions until the day of arrival so we would have preferred communication in advance. The showers are quite small and there are steps to manage with your luggage but we managed without any difficulty. We were overall very pleased with the rental and would visit again.”

“During our stay in La Spezia, we did not have a rental car, which meant that for us, the walk to go downtown took about 30 minutes or more which we were not aware of. If you have a car to use, then it's a close drive! Just be aware if you are walking, it's a far walk to downtown and it's a LOT of uphill walking.”

Le strutture fanno parte di un più ampio progetto di sviluppo e valorizzazione del territorio con un occhio di riguardo alla tradizione ed alla sostenibilità. Abbiamo anche acquistato dell’ottimo olio bio prodotto in loco....

“We really enjoyed our stay here. It was easy to get to with minimal stairs from the train station. It was really nice having the patio with a view of the sea. The place has a wonderful aesthetic that really suits the property. There are tight stairs up to the bedroom level so we opted to leave our luggage in the front room. Wasn't an issue for us. The washroom is also down stairs. So if you have to get up in the middle of the night there are quite a few steps (2 lvls). The trade off is it is...
