“A fantastic property, both inside and out. The outdoor dining and living area was great and well used. Pool and tennis court on superb condition. The centre of Rome was easily accessible using the punctual trains. Check-in process was so smooth and property full of the essentials that you often have to source yourself. We had a great holoday using this lovely villa as our base. We hope to return very soon!”

“Perfect for a relaxing time after a full on few days in the city. Property was very clean and well kept. Lovely pool and great space helping our family have a relaxing holiday. Bus routes are a little complicated and don’t be fooled by Google maps as walking trails are not as accessible as they think but this is not a reflection of the villa or surroundings. ”

“Stunning property to stay at. Plenty of room for everyone, but I feel like we did not take advantage of all of the amenities! The pool is lovely, the olive gardens make a beautiful backdrop for the Instagram worthy pictures that my daughter and her friends took before we went to a wedding. A bit tricky to get around without a car, but the property manager had given me the name of a taxi service and they were great.”

“Simonetta’s Villa is beautiful, spacious and in a great location for a relaxing family get-away. The outdoor space is amazing - with a hot tub, ping pong table and bikes to keep our children entertained for hours. Everything we needed was within walking distance (grocery store, coffee/gelato shop, beach) which was awesome as we didn’t have to rent a vehicle to get around. “The whole family has been delighted with the house. It had 3 spacious rooms, a wonderful garden, green surroundings and 2 bathrooms. In the house everything was fine for us, and it allowed us to relax and rest from the hot summer in Rome and from the visits to the great monuments. It has a train station very close, but in the end we use the ittaxi app to call a taxi to go everywhere.
