Muchísimo ruido del tráfico y de peleas y gritos continuos en la plaza donde daban las ventanas,ha sido horrible. Era una tercera planta y no nos informaron que el ascensor lleva tiempo estropeado”

“I arrived in the evening to a door that would not open and proceeded to spend 20 minutes unsuccessfully trying to get in the apartment. I finally went downstairs to locate an emergency contact number. Every subsequent time I would try to enter the apartment, it was a 5 minute struggle with the door. I am certainly not the first or only person with this issue yet the host had not properly prepared to include instructions and contingencies in their arrival information.
