“It was a short but wonderful time in Trinidad. We were very lucky with our hosts and we are grateful to have met such great people. If we had known them before, we would certainly have stayed longer. We felt very comfortable and in good hands. The accommodation is simple but clean and everything we needed was there. “This was absolutely THE WORST accommodation I have ever booked via Expedia. Immediately upon arrival it became very clear that the information included on the booking page and the actual lodging arrangements were STRIKINGLY different. The room was dirty and infested with spiders and mosquitos. We sprayed our room down with bug repellent each night, including the actual beds. “We have visited 15 Caribbean Islands and Trinidad ranks high on the list, and no doubt Bridge Cabin played a major role. Nothing like being awakened by the sounds of Parrots and Toucans in the treetops around you. Absolutely would stay here again. Once you get used to navigating the roads necessary to reach the cabin, you will absolutely be in love! (Also of note, be sure to come in from the North Coast Rd side, not up Paramin Hill!!! )”
