“The apartment was not as listed. It was grubby and in serious need of updating. No instructions on how to use anything. No safety equipment such as a fire alarm, fire blanket etc. on arrival the WiFi and tv were not working and the cooker wasn’t. I contacted the owner who ignored me. I contacted vrbo who were responsive. We spent 4 days of our holiday waiting in for things to be fixed. On the 3rd day the cooker blew up and all the gas emptied out of the cylinder through the 4 hobs into the room....

“Robbie's Place is located within a small village community in Black Rock. The area is very quiet and away from the hustle and bustle of more popular sites....about a 20min drive from Store Bay. The house was clean and modern with wifi, all kitchen amenities and local TV. The pool is nice. Was unable to taste the "sweet hand" for dinner...unfortunately our hostess was under the weather and was unable to provide dinner as advertised. “We had an amazing stay at this accommodation. The pictures don't really do it justice 😍 its comfprtable, fresh, clean and new, all with air conditioning in each room. The kitchen facilities are great too, with a big fridge freezer, oven, toaster, microwave, kettle.
