The entrance is private and all windows have mosquito screens.

The beach, pine forest, and red rocks are just a 5-minute walk away via a path through Mediterranean greenery. The beautiful and renowned Baia La Marinedda, with fine sand, is about a 15-minute walk.



The property is accessible via a dirt road, convenient for loading and unloading luggage and groceries; cars cannot be left there longer than necessary. Free parking is available inside the residence through the main gate. Tennis, volleyball, and basketball courts are a 5-minute walk away. The residence features an outdoor pool accessible with a ticket available on site in July and August, as well as a bar open from 7 pm to midnight.
