Detached Villa with private Pool and amazing Sea view

  • There are many leisure activities near the villa - also for families. You can go sailing and surfing in Isola Rossa or Santa Teresa di Gallura, and a diving centre and boat rental are located directly in Costa Paradiso. Get behind the wheel and take relaxed excursions to nearby sights such as Castelsardo, Tempio or Alghero. Fantastic beaches such as Li Cossi (2 minutes by car and 10 minutes by foot), La Marinedda (Isola Rossa) or Cala Sarraina (20 minutes by car) are in the immediate vicinity. However, you can also enjoy a relaxing day at the private pool and experience the unusually beautiful view with a delicious drink. There is plenty of parking space on the villa's grounds and luggage can be carried into the house comfortably and without any stairs. In addition, the villa offers a large terrace with various seating areas and a private terrace on the 1st floor in front of the Master Bedroom. When you've had your fill of outdoor time, there's more to do indoors thanks to Wi-Fi internet access, cable/satellite TV and Bluetooth jukebox. The villa has an outdoor barbecue, a fireplace and air conditioning. On cooler days, the air conditioning also has a heating function. The kitchen is very well equipped and allows you to cook professionally and set the table in style. There is an Illy espresso machine including coffee capsules. Behind the kitchen is a utility area with washing machine and dryers. The villa is very individually furnished to a high standard and is ideal for a large family or six adults. In addition to the three double bedrooms, there is a smaller bedroom with two single beds - very good to use as a children's room. A baby cot and baby chair can be provided on request at any time. Villa "La Sirena" is uniquely situated on a plot of 2500sqm and is ideal for a wonderful relaxing holiday.

Everything was perfect - we had a fantastic week with family - two children and their partners. Villa Serena has the most wonderful views / sunsets; accommodation worked really well for the six of us; beautiful coves to explore by car and by hiring a boat. When not out exploring the pool was lovely to come back to and relax round.

Wir waren vom 07.06.25 - 14.06.25 in dieser traumhaft schönen Villa. Es war ganz fantastisch, vor allem der mega Blick über das Meer und die wundervollen Sonnenuntergänge. Leider konnten wir nur 1 Woche bleiben :(. Wir können diese Villa mit gutem Gewissen weiter empfehlen. Elke aus Greven

Beautiful villa

We had an amazing holiday at this lovely villa. Birgit was the perfect host, excellent communication, nothing was too much trouble. The view from the villa is simply stunning I would never get tired of looking at it. The local area quiet and rural but bars and amenities close.

Simply beautiful!

A family of four, we just spent a wonderful week in Costa Paradiso. The villa is very well equipped and beautifully decorated, with stunning sea views (the sunsets were amazing!).

Beautiful secluded villa

La Sirena is a really beautiful villa in a secluded and quiet locations with stunning views to the coast. The accommodation is large and well equipped, also with a large pool and terrace. There is ample parking and also a visit from the the local Italian pigs - who are very friendly live in the woods nearby! Highly recommended

Spectacular

We have just returned from a wonderful week staying at Villa Sirena. The villa is designed to maximise the spectacular view and is comfortable and really well equipped inside. The pool is lovely and warm and one depth (about chin height). Shops and other facilities are a quick drive or gentle stroll away so you have everything you need for a relaxing week. Birgit is very helpful and responds quickly to any queries. If you want a quiet relaxing week soaking up the sun and the views, look no further.

The house was absolutely beautiful inside and out. Quite clean with lots of towels and the kitchen has lots of dishes and pans for cooking. And some interesting liquor for sampling. Also, it was so nice to arrive to find cookies, wine, fruit, water and juice. So thoughtful. The sunsets were spectacular from the pool which was such a nice place to cool down after exploring the island. Nice grocery store nearby. And close to interesting places - Sassari, Castelsardo, nuraghi sites . . . We had a visit from the local cinghiali - too cute. Really can't say enough lovely things about the experience. And communications both pre and during the visit were quick and very helpful.. We highly, highly, highly recommend this amazing home.

Un séjour parfait👌

Une villa de rêve dans une belle région de la Sardaigne ont fait de notre séjour en famille un excellent lieu de vacances Rien ne manque dans la villa, elle très fonctionnelle agréable à vivre Un grand MERCI à David et à Noémi qui sont très communiquants et surtout réactifs à nos questions que ce soit en amont ou pendant le séjour Je recommande bien évidemment pour les personnes hésitantes à la location de ce lieu de séjour J'ajoute que le sunset est ouf de chez ouf , superbe 🌅

Lovely large Villa

Very much as advertised in a quiet location. Village with supermarket, bakers, cafes and restaurants within walking distance. Beaches needed a drive, especially with young children. Wild boar roaming everywhere but they were not a problem. Interesting rock formations and a boat trip was well worth the cost to get to a different beach. Our visit was late May and more activities and shops appeared to be opening in June.

Fantastisches Haus mit traumhaftem Ausblick

Wir durften eine Woche in diesem wunderschönen Haus sein. Alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche, Klimanlage für warme Tage, genügend Möbel innen, sowie außen. Ein super Pool und der Ausblick ist einfach sagenhaft. Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche und haben jeden Tag bis spät in die Nacht auf der Terasse genossen. Das Haus ist sehr sauber, es werden genügend Hand- und Badetücher gestellt. Uneingeschränkt können wir das Haus weiterempfehlen und bedanken uns für die sehr freundliche Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern.

A lovely property with everything you need for a very comfortable stay. Good A/C in the master bedroom and downstairs area, although the large downstairs bedroom needed the doors to be kept open during the day to keep it from getting too warm. Quality fixtures and fittings, with nice dinnerware, glassware, etc. A large swimming pool with a fabulous view. Plenty to do in the area if you like to be outdoors. The wild board visited us most evenings and we looked forward to their visits. They were friendly and curious but stayed their distance in the bushes so never a problem. Good grocery shops, bakery, butcher, etc less than 10 minutes walk or a very short car ride. An excellent property for a weeks holiday in the sun. The only minor flaw is that the internet was very variable, sometimes it was quite quick, sometimes slower than dial up. Not the fault of the owners, it is the area in general, but be prepared to unplug at times.

Traumhaftes Haus mit tollem Blick auf's Meer

Sehr schönes, am Hang gelegenes und mit Meerblick ausgestattetes, liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung. Das Haus hat 4 Schlafzimmer, davon 3 im Haus selbst und eines im Souterrain direkt am Pool (kein direkter Zugang vom Haus). Es fehlt einfach an nichts im Haus: von der Espresso-Maschine mit passenden Kapseln, Grill, Holzkohle, Spül- und Waschmaschine, diverse Haushaltsmittel bis hin zur Ameisenbekämpfung ist alles erdenkliche für einen traumhaften Aufenthalt verfügbar. Auch Geschirr und Besteck ist mehr als ausreichend vorhanden. Hand-/Duschtücher, Pool-Badetücher und Bettzeug werden ebenfalls gestellt. Das Haus selbst ist Richtung Westen ausgerichtet. Somit hat mn hat den gesamten Tag über Sonne und einen tollen Blick über das Meer. Bäume und Schirme spenden dennoch bei Bedarf Schatten. Sonnenuntergänge sind, egal von wo aus, ein wahrer Traum. Der Pool liegt eine halbe Etage tiefer als die Hauptterasse, ist vollständig mit Fliesen eingefasst und durch seine Nierenform sehr ansprechend/einladend. Sonnenliegen und -schirme sind vorhanden. Innen erwartet einen ein großer Wohn-/Essbereich mit Kamin, Fernseher, Stereoanlage, Bluetooth-Lautsprecher und zwei Klimaanlagen. Diese versorgen auch die zwei auf dieser Etage liegenden Schlafzimmer (davon eines mit zwei Einzelbetten). Das erste Duschbad befindet sich ebenfalls hier. Die Küche schließt direkt am Essbereich an. Eine seitliche Tür öffnet einen weiteren Zugang nach draussen, wo sich ein Außenwaschbecken, die Waschmaschine sowie eine Hängeleine zum Trocknen befinden. Daneben liegt der Außenkamin mit Grill, der zur seitlichen Terrasse zeigt. Im Obergeschoss befinden sich ein weiteres Schlafzimmer mit Klimaanlage und Dachterrasse sowie ein Wannenbad. Das vierte Schlafzimmer versteckt sich direkt unter der Haupt-Terrasse im Souterrain mit Blick auf den Pool. Dieses Zimmer hat ebenfalls ein vollwertiges Duschbad. Alle Bäder haben übrigens ein Bidet. Ein Strand - der Spiaggia Li Cossi - ist entweder zu Fuß (ca. 750m) oder mit dem Auto (ca. 1,5km) erreichbar. Zu weiteren Stränden muss man das Auto bemühen, was auf Grund der kurvigen Straßen schon etwas dauern kann. Ein paar kleine Kritikpunkte gibt es dennoch: a) das WLAN, welches weder sehr schnell noch eine besonders große Reichweite hat b) tlw. die Federkern-Matratzen: für unseren Geschmack zu "drahtig" c) das 4. Schlafzimmer, das nicht direkt vom Haus erreichbar ist. Zudem hat es einen gewissen Eigengeruch. Mit Lüften aber okay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at Villa La Sirena.The photos do not do justice to the view which we will very much miss!The property was exceedingly well provisioned and the hosts very kindly left us a bottle of rose for our arrival. The hosts Birgit and Philip were exceptional in their communications, promptly responding to queries and providing guides with ready information. The pool was a very good size and there was plenty of space for parking within the grounds. We were travelling with our 1 year old son. Birgit and Philip very kindly supplied a cot to us. Our son had a lovely time though sadly the pool was a bit too cold for him (we travelled mid-May).The only thing that caught us by surprise is one of the bedrooms is self-contained -we were initially confused by the lack of one bedroom but we worked it out quickly. Costa Paradiso as a locality has some amazing views. There is a good beach nearby though this does take a bit of a walk to get there (we drove half way). There were well provisioned shops within easy walking distance. All in all - we had a marvellous time and we can thoroughly recommend Villa La Sirena! If anything one week was just not enough time!

Another fantastic stay at La Sirena!

This is our second stay at this beautiful villa in Costa Paradiso ( last time we were here was in 2015). Everything about this villa will make you feel at home. It is perfectly located and has grand views over Costa Paradiso. The house is very well maintained and spotlessly clean. Apart from the pool maintenance man who came by ( very discreetly) in the mornings to check the water parameters, you are completly undisturbed here. The pool is lovely with good sunbeds for all. Costa Paradiso itself offers a lot to discover with the very beautiful Li Cosi beach just a short walk away. We also explored neighbouring towns Isola Rossa and Santa Teresa during our stay. We highly recommend this villa! The contact with the hosts Birgit & Philip was easy, informative and quick. Thank you for having us!

wunderbare Auszeit

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Auszeit in Costa Paradiso. Zum Empfang (Anreise) standen frisches Obst und regionaler Wein auf dem Tisch. Wir haben uns gleich - Willkommen - gefühlt. Die Villa sowie Pool und Grundstück sind in einem Top-Zustand, nur die Pfannen könnten mal ausgetauscht werden ;-). Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (2 min mit Auto zum kleinen Supermarkt) waren aus unserer Sicht vollkommen ausreichend. Mehr Auswahl von Obst und frischem Gemüse, Käse, Brot, Fisch usw. bekommt man in 10 min Autofahrt im Bio-Hofladen. Natürlich probierten wir auch Pizza und Eis von ansässigen Restaurants, was sehr lecker war. Baden im Meer am Strand in der Nähe vom Hotel Paradiso, ca. 7 min Autofahrt + 10 min Fussweg ist natürlich auch möglich, in unglaublich klarem Wasser. Bei Westwind treiben aber viele Quallen an den Strand. Die Sonnenuntergänge, vor allem vom Balkon, sind ganz großes Kino ... wunderbar! Wir können mit sehr gutem Gewissen die Villa weiterempfehlen.

Ein Haus zum wohlfühlen.

Die Lage und Ausstattung ist einzigartig. Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit mit 5 Erwachsenen. Alles ist top gepflegt und lädt zum Wohlfühlen ein.

Fantastisk udsigt

Vi var en familie på 7 personer der besøgte denne smukke villa. Udsigten er fantastisk og vi så den flotteste solnedgang fra terrassen hved dag. Poolen var ren og stor og huset havde alt det udstyr man har brug for. Udlejer var hjælpsom og var altid online til at svare på spørgsmål. Vi var især glade for velkomstbrevet med informationer om huset, området og restaurant anbefalinger. Området er meget stille og man skal køre 15-20 min for at komme til en by eller strand. Den lokale strand er meget lille og overfyldt i højsæson. Kan anbefale en sejltur langs kysten. Det er helt fantastisk. Både kan lejes i Costa Paradiso. Huset er det bedste sted at slappe af og nyde Sardiniens smukke natur.

Fantastischer Ausblick und Aussenbereich

Pool und Aussenbereich sind herrlich und bieten Entspannung pur. Das Haus ist gepflegt und einladend. Wir waren positiv überrascht bei der Ankunft frisches Obst und viefältige Hygiene und Desinfektionsprodukte vorzufinden. In der Beschreibung wird das Haus als klimatisiert beschrieben. Von den 4 Schlafzimmern hat aber nur eines Klima und zwei weitere können durch öffnen der Tür zum klimatisierten Wohnzimmer gekühlt werden. Der separate Poolraum ist jedoch völlig ohne Klimatisierung. Wir hatten eine gute Zeit, hätten aber, bezogen auf die Schlafzimmer, mehr erwartet. David war immer erreichbar und kümmerte sich um alle unsere Anliegen.

Beautiful villa with a beautiful view

The house has everything you need to make your stay enjoyable. The swimming pool is perfect and the views are just amazing. Booking was easy and communication was great!

Un séjour parfait sur la Costa Paradiso. Un site superbe et sauvage.Le coucher de soleil fantastique

Maison très agréable à vivre. Plages un peu difficile d’accès Une vue exceptionnelle et le soir c’est plus qu’exceptionnel 👍
