Villa 'Sirius' with Sea View, Private Terrace and Wi-Fi

Villa "Sirius" in Costa Paradiso offers you a fantastic sea view. Spread over 2 floors, the property features a sea-view living room, a relaxation room with sofa bed, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, accommodating up to 8 guests (maximum 7 adults + 1 child).



The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, fridge-freezer, coffee machine, toaster, microwave and more. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, TV, fan and washing machine. There is a dedicated workspace for home office or relaxation, as well as a SPA bathroom area with multi-person chromatic shower. Cot and high chair are also available.



The private outdoor area includes an unheated whirlpool (2 m x 2 m x 1.5 m, up to 5 people), indoor whirlpool in the bathroom, garden, open terrace with solarium and outdoor shower, covered terrace, balcony, barbecue and mobile outdoor shower. Shops, restaurants and bars are just minutes away. We recommend the natural pools and Li Cossi beach.



There is a parking space both outdoors and in the garage, also suitable for motorbikes and bicycles; street parking is free where permitted. Families with children are welcome. Pets are not allowed. Air conditioning is not available and smoking is not permitted inside.



Beach/pool towels and bath towels are available for an extra charge. Bed linen and towels are included; special requests regarding type or quantity of linen must be paid for on site. The property follows waste separation guidelines and uses energy-saving lighting. Please note: pool preparation cannot be guaranteed for bookings made less than 2 weeks in advance.
