In this landscape rises Villa Rosmarino, a welcoming, spacious, and functional home, ideal for families or couples of friends. Part of a small complex of three villas with a shared pool, it still ensures complete privacy thanks to its private garden and large veranda opening toward the sea.

The Villa
- A small stone staircase leads to the entrance and to the large covered veranda, where the scent of rosemary and lentisk accompanies the sea view at sunset. The interiors are bright and carefully designed, furnished with simplicity and Mediterranean style: light colors, natural materials, and spaces conceived to live in harmony with the light and the outdoors.
The living area includes a cozy lounge with dining table and a fully equipped kitchen offering every comfort.
The sleeping area features two bedrooms, both with direct access to the outside: one double with en-suite bathroom, and one twin with two single beds. A second large bathroom provides all the comfort guests may need.

Outdoors and the Pool
- The spacious covered veranda is the heart of the house: furnished with a dining table, comfortable seating, and sea view, it is the perfect place for slow breakfasts or dinners at sunset. Around the house, a private Mediterranean garden fills the air with scents and color.
The panoramic pool, shared only with three other villas in the complex, overlooks the sea and enjoys spectacular light until evening. It is an intimate, peaceful space, ideal for relaxing or sunbathing in total calm.

The Surroundings
- Villa Rosmarino enjoys a strategic location — quiet yet close to all main services. Within minutes you can reach the Costa Paradiso center, Maya Square with its restaurants and local shops, and the most beloved beaches such as Li Cossi, Li Baietti, and Le Sorgenti. The Gallura hinterland offers authentic experiences: Vermentino tastings, horseback excursions, and villages that tell the story of true Sardinia.


Guests have exclusive access to the villa, the veranda, and the private garden. The pool, with sea view, is shared only with three other units and equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas reserved for Villa Rosmarino’s guests.
