“On arrival after being told we were able to check in at 12.00 PM we were informed that our accomodation would not be ready before 14.00. This was unacceptable as we had a wedding to attend at 13.50. The female behind the counter (owner i pressume) told us the previous people would not leave on time. She was not interested in my dilemma and became very hostile she told us we were free to find other accommodation elsewhere which would be impossible at this late hour. The host was helpful and the space was clean and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities.The stay was great, but i have rated it 4 stars as the outside of the property could use some maintenance; there were a lot of overgrown shrubs, and it didn't feel very tidy.”
