“The cabin was cute, very outdoorsy but really cool. We tried to count all the bears in the cabin, we never could come up with an actual count. We looked all around in our adventure to the north for a bear to add and could not find one. Really nice place. The traffic was a bit much the first night but we got used to it. “Fully stocked kitchen for cooking - best ever!House was warm ( it was cold outside) when we entered , backwards of usual rentals- had to ask how to turn it down lol!Host got out kayaks from storage for us to use which we appreciated very much . Only complaint was we did not know the hot tub was already turned off for the season. Sauna was great!This was a great place to stay away from Houghton but still good for traveling to multiple sites in the area.”
