Convenient but
"Convenient patio door to parking lot , although couldn’t lock it. I have a sore back, the lower height of the bed made it easy to get in. The bathroom sink is too low which made it difficult for someone with a bad back. Room needs an upgrade, carpet, paint, & bedding"
