“It's a cute house in a quiet area. For the most part it was peaceful. The bedroom was comfortable, but my friend slept on the futon in the living room and found yhe seam between sections a bit uncomfortable. Once we figured out parking, it was fine, but the first night, we got in late and parked to allow a pick up truck space to get out, but a van pulled in and I could not get to my driver seat. Instructions letting guests know about the vehicles and to move way to the right. But other than...

“The rental was not without merit but for every positive there was a dissapointment. The shower was nice but the bathmat was stained from water that repeatedly soaked it from the water that leaked from the door. It had a nice covered front porch to sit on but it was questionable if you wanted to use it. One example was a man yelling as he walked with a long stick hitting signs and posts as he brisky walked up the street. It had a coffee pot but only 2 cups that held hot liquid and did not leak....

“Very sketchy neighborhood, including smashed liquor bottles at the foot of the porch steps. The online photos of the interior are very misleading. Unit is old, poorly renovated and bare bones furnishings. We quickly discovered the place had not been cleaned since the last occupancy … dusty furniture, stagnant water in the bathroom sink which had an inoperable drain, and dirty sheets on the bed with undeniable evidence too gross to mention. There was also a very noticeable stench of marijuana...
