The house was great but the management was disappointing. Upon arriving there was a mountain of snow covering the walkway making safe access impossible. I asked for a metal shovel and they said they could only provide the plastic shovel onsite and that I should use the salt so dissolve the snow. There was 5 ft of snow over a 200-foot walkway. I used the salt for the steep driveway. Normally, I could live with this, but I have a back injury and a small dog, so it was really difficult to enter and exit the house. The management (always someone different) always responded but they never said anything remotely helpful. Also, the dishwasher broke and they said they would arrange for someone to come and fix it and let me know when they would come. They did not do that, instead, they just sent a repair person who let themselves in and were there when I came back from dropping my son at Northstar. It's unfortunate, it would have been very easy to address my concerns, but they could not have cared less.
