POLICIES & DISCLOSURES:
1. Maximum Occupancy is 8, excluding children under twelve (12) years of age.
2. Parking for 5 vehicles. Street parking is prohibited year-round.
3. The county record shows this home as a 3 BR, and therefore it is listed as such, however there is an additional room that acts as a 4th sleeping area for the kids. While the occupancy is listed as 8, up to one additional child under 12 is allowed (max of 9 total.)
4. A 4WD is highly recommended in winter months.
5. The use of ANY outdoor firepit or outdoor fireplace is strictly prohibited at all our rental properties. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping to keep our community safe from wildfires.
