Conditions were great. House was very enjoyable for the five of us who stayed here for over a month. Would highly recommend due to both the location and the home. Felt modern, clean, and in good condition.

Fantastic stay!

We greatly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. Very welcoming house, beautiful kitchen and common spaces, perfect for a family vacation, at a great location! Would definitely return.

The property is beautiful and spacious, your stay was spectacular, there are only a few councils, there are many cobwebs and they occupy more fans in the rooms in summer because it is hot during the day. thank you 😊

Great Location!

This house was a great location for snow fun with kids. Cleanliness could’ve been better, but stay was great. Game room was a big hit. Stairs to entry were completely covered with snow, so you might need to enter through garage!

Family Reunion

This was our second time staying at this property. It has a great layout if you’re traveling with young adults or teens. They have their own space. The beds are comfortable. The only thing I would recommend is to take your own knives, a cutting board, and serving dishes if you’re going with a large group. The kitchen is not stocked as well as other places, but we had a ton of fun and came prepared since we had stayed here before. There’s a beautiful trail nearby and a huge deck in the back to sit and enjoy your coffee in the morning. We would definitely stay here again.

Review

Pretty average offering. Kitchen poorly stocked. There was no laundry detergent despite the listing specifically saying there would be detergent provided. Will look for other properties in the future.

Great for family stay, house needs a “once over”

The layout of the house is great and there is lots of room. Master bedroom it’s gorgeous, with a great whirlpool tub and the other bedrooms are decent size, and the bonus room is really handy when you have a family. However, place needed some updating. Most of the sinks didn’t drain properly it was just some fix-it stuff that should be taken care of. Also, the 5pm check in is really late and paying $75 to check in at 3 when the house was ready is ridiculous.

Great stay but…

There was a huge water leak in the upstairs dining window. This went through to the bedroom below which made the kids room unusable. Due to the storm no one came out to fix it.

Perfect for larger groups!

Wonderful experience, very spacious house with a great layout. Lots of board games to keep your family entertained. The game room is prefect for lounging and sitting by the fireplace or playing pool. The family room had a nicely sized sectional and the kitchen had plenty of plates, mugs and cookware. The cutlery needs to be sharpened or replaced as it requires sawing in order to cut. The master bedroom has a motion detector that flashes at night which is mildly disruption. The master bed seems to have a dip in it but other than those minor things this property was very enjoyable and the property managers replied promptly to my messages.

Nice house - needs some love.

This is a pretty house in a nice location. It easily accommodated the 6 adults and 3 children in our group. The common areas are well designed so we were able to be together and apart as we wished. The bedrooms are generous and comfortable. However two of the bedrooms had large walk in closets but no hanging bar or hangers so it was not possible to hang up anything. But here are the problems: 1) house not ready on time - cleaners still there when we arrived and they left a large basked of dirty linens in the laundry area. 2) kitchen has bottom of the line appliances - they work but many need replacing. Never had any ice; the dishwasher was barely operational; the coffee maker was about the cheapest one could buy. 3) there were dishes but the absolutely cheapest available and the silverware was mismatched and sparse. 4) There were no instructions about how the house worked, heat, garbage, etc. Every question had to be referred to the “team” who were responsive. This house needs someone to “inspect it” and make some upgrades. Probably 90% of what needs to happen could be accomplished for less than 1,000. Given the cost of the rental I was disappointed.

Great location but….tired and in need of a big clean

Great location, size was perfect for our group. Property had NOT been properly cleaned before our arrival (trash from prior renters in garage, bear bins full, trash on the floor under beds, floors and rugs dirty, oven left ON). The cleaning fee was steep - unacceptable for the price. House in general needs work - upstairs and downstairs toilets ran all night and had to be turned off, recliner couch is broken in a number of places, master bedroom sheets have a gaping hole at the bottom. The dishwasher is missing a wheel and is hard to open. There is water damage in the bunk room. The door handle downstairs to the pool room is not attached. Pool sticks mostly don’t have tips. Deck stacked with snow (and it hasn’t snowed for ages). It wouldn’t take much to make this a great rental but unfortunately that’s not what it is today.

Nice and roomy house.

Overall we were very satisfied with the house and facilities and with the booking and check-in. There were some issues with stains on the rug which the property managers said were permanent. Other than that, it was a great stay!

Large cozy home

My large family was well accommodated in this home. It has many beds and a fun family area with billiards/ping pong table. The boys had a lot of fun. There are also lots of comfy seating areas throughout the house. It’s in a great location with shopping centers like Safeway about 7 min away. It’s also 22 minutes away from Northstar but was closed during our stay. Check out is at 11am but I was able to extend to 2pm very easily. The office answered our call promptly and were very helpful. The only complaint I have is that the home was a bit dirty. Due to COVID, we brought our own wipes to clean surfaces. We wiped the floors, stair railing and counter tops and our clorox wipes came out very dirty. In the dryer, the bathroom mats and towels were washed together which was a bummer and we put them away ourselves. I think that this property is due for a deep cleaning. Overall we still had a good stay.
