  • Within popular Northstar 3 bedroom/2 bath Indian Hills condo. This condo has views of the mountains and of Northstar's Lookout Mountain ski runs. Recently fully upgraded and remodeled to beautiful, top-tier condition. Snow toys are available for snow days. The condo is fully stocked with essentials and ready to enjoy, including a washer and Dryer, Microwave, dishwasher, fireplace, and other small kitchen appliances, induction range, Internet access, and cable TV with Showtime and HBO included. The primary bedroom had a king-size bed; one room has a queen bed; and one room has two twin beds


    Northstar is consistently recognized as one of the best all-season resorts, including being family-friendly, only minutes from North Lake Tahoe and minutes from historic Truckee. Northstar Village and the new Ritz-Carlton Hotel offer multiple options for shopping, dining, ice skating, or just relaxing around a fire pit, not to mention the state-of-the-art ski hill

This condo is very nicely updated and immaculately clean. We appreciated the availability of plenty of linens, dishes and cookware, as well as paper goods. The owner is super responsive. We had a wonderful time here.

We had a fantastic five-night stay at Paul’s place. The home was in great shape — clean, comfortable, and very well maintained.We especially loved the push-button gas fireplace, which made the space feel incredibly cozy after long days in the mountains. The smart TV and comfortable couch were perfect for relaxing in the evenings. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed, and the linens, bath amenities, and laundry facilities were all high quality and convenient.We were lucky enough to score unbelievable powder during our stay, and the location made everything easy. Parking was simple and convenient, and being right next to the shuttle was a huge bonus — it made getting to and from the mountain seamless.Everything felt thoughtfully set up for guests. We had an amazing time and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Ski weekend

We enjoyed our stay this weekend! It made a perfect home base for our family and friend to enjoy after a day at Northstar. The shuttle was convenient for getting to/from the resort. Thanks!!

Very nice property, great location, nice interior. The nearby forest is a gorgeous walk. Bedrooms are ample, the master bath is a little smaller than expected but the downstairs bath is more roomy. The kitchen/island and living/dining area are very comfortable and great for family and friends to hang out. I was expecting a "real" fireplace but I discovered it was a gas fireplace (the HOA probably banned wood burning fireplaces long ago so it's understandable, I just wish the vrbo ad would've said "gas fireplace"). Also, the ad stated that there was a deck, and there is a very nice deck with great views, but there is no patio furniture. As per the owner, the HOA has disallowed patio furniture on decks, sounds absurd to an outsider (and many neighbors have furniture on their decks), but those are the rules. The ad also says there is a BBQ grill, I was really looking forward to bbq, but there is no grill at the house. HOA rules say no bbq grills within 10 feet of a structure. The ad also says there is a fire pit outside, but I didn't see any. Maybe it's at the rec center? Also, any games mentioned in the ad must be at the rec center because we didn't see any at the house. If you don't need the things in the exceptions I mentioned, you'll be very happy at this great house. The owner is very communicative and helpful. We stayed for a month, it was one of the better deals I found in the region. The only 4 star rating I gave was for ad accuracy, all the others were 5 stars.

Great house, bring supplies

This house was great for our little family weekend get together. The location to NorthStar and it's amenities is wonderful. We stayed in July so the rec center was open and lots of activities. Bring kitchen supplies if you plan on cooking meals. The owner is really responsive. Thanks for sharing your home!

Great location

We enjoyed our stay here. It was the perfect size for 4 adults and 3 kids. The location was really convenient and great to be able to hop on the shuttle to Northstar Village and catch the ski lift from there or walk around. The kitchen could use a deep clean to get rid of the dust and cobwebs. Other than that, it was enjoyable.

Ski trip with my son

Great cozy condo in great location. Would definitely stay again. Northstar Village provides shuttles to and from the village with an easy app request. Made getting to and from the village effortless.

Spacious condo

We had a large group and everyone had room. A child enjoyed a loft bed too. Northstar resort is not very close to Lake Tahoe but it is drivable. Upon arrival the condo needed airing out and some of the windows would not open and some were missing screens. However when we figured out, with the owner's assistance, how to open the high windows the condo aired out well. The laundry facilities in the unit were good. One night there was a bear at the dumpster but that is quite common in Tahoe and people should just be bear-aware. The Northstar HOA runs a good arcade/gym/pool/snack shop near the condo and the fees were very modest to enter the facility with the passes the owner provides.

Family time ,

Nice property clean, and lots of space. Kitchen is dated, and needs a little update. Plenty of dishes to choose from. Plenty of blankets, towels etc. quiet location. I will be back

There was a lot of sleeping space, but the place was not very clean and the beds were uncomfortable.

Although there was a lot of sleeping space, the place was dingy, there were spiders and webs in the sinks, and all over the place as though it had been a while since anyone had cleaned. The king and queen beds were soooooo uncomfortable and old. I think with a little updating and a good cleaning it would be a nice rental.

Great location property

Had a nice stay. Great location as it is right at Northstar. Plenty of parking at front. 3 decent rooms. 1 with king size bed, 1 with a queen and the other with 2 twin beds - this would have been better if they had a bunkbed and a queen bed since the room is big enough so that we don't have to utilize the sofa bed and the loft and have full access to the living space all the time and not wake people up. The loft bed is steep climb and slightly dusty up there. The bathrooms has been updated which is nice. Plenty of linens and towels. Great overall stay for 7 adults and 3 kids. Owner is very responsive.

Great condo, very close to the slopes!

We were three couples and had a nice stay this past week-end. It was so close to the slopes! Paul was very accommodating when we asked him whether we could stay a little longer on Sunday as the highway was closed due to the snow. We'd be happy to stay there again in the future!

clean place, plenty of beds (we had 4 adults and 2 kids), well stocked with all we needed to cook and keep warm fireplace burning, convenient location with nearby shuttle station to northstar village, very responsive owner. can't ask for more. highly recommend, we will def stay here again. thanks.

We went with 7 people comfortably. We took the bus to Northstar which was fairly easy. Paul was very accommodating and responsive.

Convenient and cozy

The house is warm and cozy and fun for kids with the crows nest above the kitchen. Within the North Star resort so easy to get to the slopes. We also enjoyed walking on the trail though the woods that begins near the property.
