Although There is up grading going on within the motel public area, painting, new flooring etc. However the room needed major upgrades. Rug in the room showed major need of replacing, although the bathroom seem to be up graded recently, it was very small and very little counter area to place personal hygiene products. The heating cooling unit showed rust and grime within the unit. Major plus was friedly and helpfully staff.

Great place. Nice friendly staff and parking was easy. They have a clean pool but the hot tub was out of commission for renovations. The breakfast was not good.

Rooms are very clean and quiet. They are doing improvements all around inside. Signs indicate new flooring and paint to the entire facility. Hot tub area is under construction. Would stay again.

I like the kindness and hospitality the restaurant and lounge had with my family and i. The Restaurant and Lounge really went out of their way to make us feel welcomed and was very accommodating to us. As well as front desk and a young man who helped with our tv . Thank you for the welcoming experience for my mother's birthday she said it was lovely.

Reason I gave for stars for property condition is they are currently (Apr 2024) undergoing renovations which did prove to be a bit of a disturbance at times, otherwise, top notch all around.

Parking was full upon arrival. Booked a king size bed. When I got to my room it was a double.,called the front desk and was told they didn’t have any king beds left. Transferred me to a manager. Went to vm so I hung up. An hour later after I was unpacked, the manager called to offer me an upgrade of a similar room with a jacuzzi tub. I declined as I was already unpacked. I asked about my room rate being revised to match the room I was getting. I was told it would be reflected on my invoice. It wasn’t! This is the 2nd time I’ve stayed at this hotel and both times the tub had a pretty steady drip. Very dated hotel. Lots of stains in the carpet. The drawers all had oil stains or spill stains in them. NEVER AGAIN will I stay at this hotel.

Although the room was clean and comfortable, my stay was spoiled by noisy neighbours with a dog that barked, and the noisy hallway outside my room (this may be because it was on the ground floor near the entrance lobby). The television was so complicated that I couldn't figure it out (there were multiple controls and menus that required wi-fi connections), so I ended up having to stream my evening entertainment on my phone instead. At checkout the receptionist wouldn't give me a receipt, saying I had to get one from the Expedia website instead.

Asked for a late checkout and was told by the manager when I checked in that I could have it for 12pm. Called the desk this morning as instructed to ask for 1pm (as 12pm was approved) only to find out that it was not and I needed to vacate my room by 11, after being told the previous night I could stay till 12. Poor communication and really didn’t make me feel welcome and like a paying guest.

I do apologize about the disturbances you encountered, we do our best to monitor these types of things, but it is not always possible. Didn’t even stay all night. Checked in and there were people roaming the hallways and definitely on drugs. People banging on the door and window. Bad smell in the room. Could hear arguing and maybe fighting in the room next to us. Felt very unsafe.
