Treloggas Retreat is a unique 1700s Cornish stone barn thoughtfully converted into a modern luxury smart home. Surrounded by wildlife and peaceful countryside, the property offers over an acre of landscaped gardens and outdoor communal space alongside more than 5,000 square feet of luxurious indoor living space, while still being only 10 minutes from Truro city centre.

The house comfortably sleeps large families and groups with 4 bedrooms and 4 ensuite bathrooms. Three bedrooms feature super king-size beds, while the fourth includes four narrow single beds ideal for children or additional guests. Three of the ensuites also include baths. The master suite features a walk-in dressing room and mezzanine reading/workspace.

The home offers three separate living areas, two with fireplaces including a traditional log burner and ethanol fireplace. Guests can enjoy the games room with pool table, football table and board games, or relax in the media room featuring a Sonos surround sound system, Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and a sofa bed for two additional guests.

The highlight of the property is the private 10m indoor heated swimming pool and spa area, complete with a sauna, steam room, and Bose sound system, all available for guests to enjoy 24/7 throughout their stay.

The kitchen and dining area is designed for entertaining, with a large dining table seating 10 guests and full-width bifold doors opening onto the outdoor dining space.

Outside, guests can enjoy outdoor seating areas, fire pit, hammock, reclining sun loungers, table tennis, outdoor kitchen with sink and four-burner BBQ, all fully lit for evening use.
