“The property was as described very quiet neighborhood close to places to eat had plenty of room for my dog's to run around. Would definitely like to come back for a longer stay ”

“We have enjoyed staying at this location summer of 2024 and again this year, summer of 2025. Property is charming and well furnished with alot of character. We love the safety and privacy that the privacy fence provides as we have a special needs child. We enjoy staying at the casita while visiting Elephant Butte State Park and Riverbend Mineral Springs. Property is conveniently located to both Elephant Butte and T&C. ”

“Loved the AC units in each room. It was so hot on the lake it made it nice to come home to!! Comfy couch and beds. Having a washer and dryer is super convenient! We would definitely stay again!”
