“We were in the area to celebrate graduations in Rio Rico. We decided to extend our stay thru Memorial Day due to the long weekend. The owner was very responsive when upon arrival we had issues with the ACs. Electricians came out that evening and he drove down himself (a 2 hr trip oneway). The property was amazing, as were the murals on the walls. We will be returning again...”

“We visit Sonoita often and couldn’t have asked for a better house for a family gathering! It’s recently upgraded and even more beautiful and well-appointed than we expected. The split bedrooms were perfect for our 2 families. The kitchen had everything we needed. The fenced yard was a hit with our dogs. We spent a lot of our time outside on the covered patio taking in amazing panoramic views, sunsets, and even passing deer from the huge, comfy swing. Best of all, Shaina was a most gracious host....

“Beautiful new property; indoor decor upscale, professional and yet comfortable; back patio space and furniture was very nice, new. In the first 30 minutes we enjoyed a cup of coffee in the cushioned rocking chairs on the back patio and saw a Bewick wren and gamble quail. Later drinks with friends at the outdoor sofa and chairs. Nice neighbor for walking, golf and birdwatching ”
