Generous Master bedroom offers a King bed with on-suite and walk-in closet. 2 singles in the second. Queen in third with large sliding door closet space. 2nd bathroom nice size too. Pass through kitchen adds extra convenience and space for multiple people in condo. Kitchen has all stainless steel appliances, updated solid surface counters and updated cabinets with nice size pantry area. Laundry room has convenient washer, dryer and clothes folding area. New pull down window Shades throughout offer privacy when you need it. Darkening shades in all 3 bedrooms. Balcony offers East facing view of Gorgeous morning Sunrises, yet reprieve from the sun in the evening with shaded area. Balcony offers outdoor seating for up to six people. Condo is very close to Catalina Mountains, great golf courses, hiking trails, biking trails, amazing restaurants and Sabino Canyon. Great amenities and clean. Everything needed for food preparation was there. Great view of the mountains! Host response to any issues was excellent. We will definitely stay there again.

smooth stay

Everything worked, check-in was easy. Nice quiet neighbourhood. Neighbours I saw are mostly seniors.

Great stay

We arrived around Xmas time to explore Tucson and surrounding areas. The location of the property is very close to Sabina canyon which is a major attraction for nature lovers. Only a few miles drive away. There are shopping nearby as well. The host was very responsive once the Xmas holiday was over. We needed a few more laundry detergents and soaps. They delivered them the very next day. Very timely. The place is clean and with great views of the mountains at the back. The sunset view was beautiful. I would recommend this to other friends.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a three bed second story unit with a great view. It was comfortable and convenient. A few items would help future renters including more hangers, a cookie sheet or pizza pan, additional bed sheets and a better TV line up of channels..this unit has a very limited choice for viewing. If rented for five or six persons, only two chairs were available for outdoor use, and indoors a bench for dining was not great for older folks. Property was clean.

The balcony looks over the lovely wash where you can watch the birds. And it has a gorgeous view of the Catalinas. The management team is very responsive to any concerns, if you have them. The pool is a delight. Great location too!
