This property isn't quite at the address listed, it's a bit more remote (about 20 mins further down so bear this in mind when planning activities). You definitely need an SUV type vehicle to get there as the road is unpaved for a good 30mins or so.
I didn't end up staying, I arrived after dark, the location was too remote and no one was around as Conny wasn't able to meet me as planned, so it didn't feel safe for a lone female traveller.
The room was left open for me and was as described/clean, but needs a few updates (main bedroom light didn't work and there were exposed wires for the kitchen light switch). I couldn't see much around the ranch beyond the casitas as it was so dark but the darkness meant the stars were amazing to look at, so if you stay here, definitely take the time to stargaze.
Conny seemed lovely over the phone and I'm sure my experience would have been different if I'd arrived before dark and/or other guests were around the property. Although I was given a partial refund, I feel as though I would never have booked it had I had the actual location - it's too far from where I wanted to be most days in Tucson/Wilcox
