Gabriella and Roberta at the front desk are combative and gross . They don’t welcome you and even when approached in a neutral way for the check inn , this Friday 20 feb , they are demeaning and dismissing in their manners. Their attitude is really bad for a front desk. At the first approach I was trying to spoke to Gabriella just by asking if she spoke Spanish and she just dismissed rudly.
I knew by their attitude that they were going to say no . But I asked for a ground floor room since I’m travelling with both of my elderly 78-79 parents and with walking disability . They made on purpose to say no even without checking the system . I have to say the hotel doesn’t seem full at all.
On Friday check inn day , When I got back to ask for the internet connection Roberta just abandoned the front desk when I arrived , she literally walk away without an excuse me . So I had to wait for quite a few minutes for Gabriella to again finish doing whatever she was doing so that I could asked for the internet connection.
Today Saturday 21 February , I went to ask for extra towels . We are 3 registered adults paying extra for the additional adult and they just put 2 shower towels at the room . I tried to explain te situation to Roberta but couldn’t care less , Gabriella was next to her. They are both very passive aggressive and enjoy working as team tu put a difficult face to clients that they want to make uncomfortable. It continues but no space..
