“El apartamento que nos asignaron era muy ruidoso y nos cambiaron a una habitación muy amplia y agradable pero no hicieron la limpieza antes de que entráramos todos los muebles llenos de polvo, la terraza con telarañas, vajilla sucia y restos de comida usada en el congelador, al día siguiente tampoco hicieron limpieza y cuando llegaron a darnos toallas limpias, solo se llevaron la basura.”

“The only think is can you please put a couple more t-bags and coffee in the rooms then I don't have to ask for more as I feel awkward asking for more or going to the foyer cupboard to help myself everything else and breakfast was great - we were looking to have dinner at the restaurant on Saturday night but it was closes so we had to go elsewhere”

The staff are always lovely, the rooms are comfortable, and the amenities are excellent, particularly the library area for working and the hotel’s bike rental service. “Everything was great and on point. - price was reasonable - rooms were spacious enough - clean and tidy throughout- especiallly kitchen and bathroom - parking very clise to accommodate - Afer hours contact was reasonable - I didn't get to use the pool or BBQ areas but was available too. Definitely coming back with my family mext time.”
