“We (12 of us) had a wonderful 1-night stay at this rental. The place was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The hosts communicated clearly and accurately throughout the entire process, making check-in and our stay very easy. We especially appreciated how child-friendly the space was — it worked perfectly for our family. The beds were also very comfortable, and we all slept well. Would definitely recommend and would happily stay again!”

“Moldy shower, broken blinds, dirty surfaces and super uncomfortable living room furniture for a few. Most egregiously the host did not answer any of the 3 messages I sent nor would they contact VRBO when they tried. We arrived late spent one night and left. ”

“This is a great place to stay if you are interested in quick access to a lot of great things in LA: The Grove, The Farmer's Market, LACMA, La Brea Tar Pits, Academy Awards Museum, and a bunch more are all within walking distance! The house is fairly well-stocked, and there is plenty of space to relax. The backyard feels private, and the pool is a wonderful bonus. Oracles was very responsive to any/all needs (of which we had few), and we would definitely stay here again.”

“The hosts were communicative and helpful. The property is not as nice as it looks in photos. The house needs some internal and exterior upkeep. The fourth bedroom is a converted garage and the sink in that en suite bathroom was not well connected - the tap could be lifted off the sink and it made a loud whining sound when it was turned on. “The location was perfect for all of our adventures. The close ones were less than 15 minutes away (Universal Studios, Dinner and Show at Pantages, Hollywood Sign, Griffith Park, etc.). We also did several longer day trips and being right off the highway was so convenient (Ventura to Channel Islands NP - 1 hour and Joshua Tree NP - 2 hours).
