Check in/out staff friendly. It was hard to find luggage cart and it was on the smaller side. Beds were comfortable. The beds are on the tall side so might be a problem for older people. Breakfast was great, nice selection with friendly staff. Doors are really loud when neighbors exist/enter rooms, can hear people talking in hall. Seems like they are under some remodeling, which was not advertised on Expedia. Chairs in breakfast area are really bad and pieces of material stick on your pants and fall on floor, bathroom in room appeared to have dried urine on floor and toilet seat and caulk was not finished by tub, smoke detectors still had tape on them. Pool was not open, which I wish Expedia would indicate that. Maybe after construction it would have been worth the price of the room. Nice stay overall.

The hotel itself was very inviting and clean. Comfortable beds. Location good and close to area with lots of restaurants (about 3-4 miles). Easy off/on Rte 24. Had some issue with the front desk customer service skills at check in but hotel itself very nice.

Average room

This hotel was average and not really worth the price of the room. It had been remodeled and that was nothing special. My real reason for booking this room was basically it was by a Cracker Barrel which we love to eat at.

Great stay at Hampton Inn and Suites

I had a great 2 night stay at Hampton Inn and Suites in Manchester, TN. The breakfast buffet was good and the staff are nice and helpful. Rooms with eastern facing windows will have a lot of sunshine at the break of dawn. My room did not have blackout curtains.

I’m extremely picky when it comes to hotel stays. Too many bad experiences over the years, so I have high standards as a result. That’s why I specifically chose Hampton Inn & Suites, known to me personally for its reliable comfort and thoughtful amenities. I was not disappointed. From the remote sealed in plastic to the fully stocked room and the incredibly comfortable bed and pillows, everything felt fresh, clean, and well cared for. And the continental breakfast was the cherry on top—complete with make-your-own fresh waffles (in two flavors), scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, bagels with peanut butter and jelly, mini scones, fresh fruit, orange juice, coffee… and even a friendly morning chat with the host, Faye. I’ll be recommending Hampton Inn & Suites to all my friends when they travel and I’ll definitely be staying at Hampton Inn & Suites Manchester the next time I’m in town!

I got here and they said they had to cancel the reservation because the Expedia credit card was declined. I need you to Credit my credit card for what I paid you. They tried your cc at least 6 times while I stood there.

Air conditioner did not work… paid for a suite with jetted tub !! The tub was not jetted. Said something to the staff was told to contact Expedia since that is who I booked through. Also the app showed that was the only room available the staff said they had several room available but would not change it. Not happy with stay or the cost!!
