“The reception and cleaning staff were very helpful. The hotel decor is rather dark and dated. The lift was out of order so I had to go up 6 flights of stairs to my room. The fire/room doors do not have a soft close option so you are often disturbed. Walls are fairly thin, voices/tv can be heard through them. Breakfast was adequate, I have had better. Rooms are a good size, with plenty of towels/toilet roll (1 ply), tea and coffee. Very good size tv.”
