The place was dirty and as you walked down the hall you could smell urine. The bed had stained sheets and a old dirty looking blanket. This is supposed to be an iconic hotel on Route 66, but it was an embarrassment to the Mother Road.

No tv, microwave in the bathroom, no sheets, comforter had holes in it, 1 small pillow, pictures not even close to actuality....horrible condition.

The room supposedly was just cleaned and there was mold in the air conditioner and a dirty q-tip laying on the table. Will NEVER recommend this place at all. The pictures on the add is very deceiving!

Dont stay

Bait and switch. Told me one price and when i got there it was more. On top of that the frig wasnt working .

Hotel for junkies!

The pictures are only of the lobby for a reason. The hallways and rooms are absolutely disgusting. No pillows in the room. Microwave in the bathroom. Found a pipe to smoke marijuana behind the dresser. went down to the front desk to check on getting pillows because there’s no phone in the room to call down. And was told they had no pillows. And this was acceptable to them. There was no way I was staying there after that. Now I have to fight to get my money back. worst hotel ever

The room floors were dirty, the mirror has most of a lipstick message on it. The rooms stunk because there is smoking in room. No towels in room, nor are rhey provided when asked. No cable. Room mini fridge broken amd stinks. Stains on walls. No door latch on bathroom door. My friend in other rooms had a non working toilet and no bathroom door. Would not had stayed if another hotel uad been affordable and available that night.

***In short, this place is a dump, its poorly ran and not worth any amount, STAY ELSEWHERE! This place was horrible and dirty. Everything about this place needs fixing. The floors and walls are filthy, the towels were crusty(I went and bought one of my own from a Walmart). They didn't clean room when I requested after the second night, and couldn't find a bath mat when I asked for a clean one, they gave me an extra one of their crusty towels. We decided to leave a day early, the evening staffer told me to simply have Expedia call them for approval. I verified again in the morning, and was told the same thing, but once Expedia called, they refused. We have never had as bad an experience ANYWHERE.

Stayed in a room that didn’t have a smoke detector in place. Took an hour for the room to cool off after turning it on. Mold around the tub. Only 1 towel and 1 wash cloth not soap. Had to force the door closed cause it would get stuck. Couldn’t connect to the “free” internet it wanted a password or number. I asked and the person I spoke to kept telling me it was free. No breakfast just coffee. No phone in room to call front desk and when I called from my phone they answered like they were tired and never announced that I had called the hotel. I had to ask if I got the hotel or not. Will not Return

It's hard to actually call this place a hotel. It was just terrible. The elevator has a warning sign on it, telling you that if you have anxiety you may not want to take it because it gets stuck and you may think you are trapped. There were no smoke detectors in the nonsmoking room, the bedspreads had burn holes throughout them, sheets and bedspreads both had blood on them. Walls were filthy had writing on them. Lamps were both broken would turn on but the light bulbs had fallen so they weren't standing up straight. The pillows were about as thin as a notebook and the beds were very very lumpy. The worst part was that it did not feel safe at all. This was a hotel where they allow the local homeless to sleep and so there were people wandering up and down the hallways all night it was loud and it felt very unsafe. Would not recommend, would not stay again.

Yes it was low cost but doesnt excuse laziness or pride of keeping your property clean.. No fresh sheets even after I asked for it (lifted blanket and had weird residue on it), dead roaches, flooded floor (2nd floor), smelled like its 420 friendly there, says no smoking but yet smelled like smoke, trash right next to the elevator (melled bad), paint on ceiling was peeling off, room smelled aweful, tiny ass tv, 1 tiny pillow, people goign around asking me for money, walls & door frames look like its been abused.. IT DINT HAVE TO BE PERFECT BUT TAKE PRIDE IN CLEANLINESS!.. Pictures online fooled me.. I had to wrap myself up with my clothes and sleep on the corner of the bed in fetal position. Cant really say anything about service because the people were nice but still lacking when i asked for fresh sheets.. no professionalism. Do I recommend this place? Absolutely Not! I wasted my money but lesson learned

Disgusting terrible do not stay

Booked a king size bed one room ended up with the two beds in the room. From there when I walked into the elevator the buttons were completely Jenkee. There was a random shopping cart in the middle of the hallway when I got out of there. The floors look disgusting place smelled like cigarettes in between the overpowering smell of perfume coming from peoples rooms. Legit thought I was going to get murdered from stray bullet. worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Gets better when I went into my room there was no towels no body soap no hand soap no dryer. Two beds only two tiny Pillows. Luckily It was just me my wife would’ve probably made us leave that night and not stayed. Oh and no blankets nothing bed was very lumpy. Legit slept with a pistol next to my bed because I thought at any point someone was gonna break in the window and try and rob me. Zero stars. Had it not been 2 AM when I arrived I would’ve lett but was so worn out from the road Luckily for me the people that were yelling and screaming in the rooms were down the hall not right next to my room. Junkies in the hallway

This place is nasty.

Cops were called because of druggies. Stained sheets and towels. Tv did work. Had to sleep with lights on. People fighting and screaming. It was the worse I have ever stayed at. Because the the prior storms, all the good hotels were booked. I will sleep in my pickup before ever staying there again.
